    OMG That's terrible news. Honestly I think that THQ are too kind and generous to their development studios. Jason Rubins was always going to be a bad President.

    Giving a studio all the time in the World is never going to work in the lucrative gaming market, why do you think Blizzard, Valve and EA are so successful?

    Funnily enough, Valve give plenty of time to their developers for game making. How do you think they release so few games? :p Valve is considered to be heaven for most people working in the games industry, because they treat their employees with more respect and give them so much choice that is rarely seen in any company.

    Apparently, at times, it is like a true democracy regarding what goes and what doesn't go in their games - as well as who works on what, how they work and how long they work on it. Of course, there is one downside to this: Gabe Newell is the absolute ruler of the corporation, so anything he says is like a veto to the voices of all of his workers. However, with that in mind and what I said about it previously, I would also like to point out that many people refer to Valve as an "enlightened oligarchy".

    Well, in that article, they assure us that the developing games are "still on schedule." So that's good news. It seems as if they're just going to be owned by something else, or something like that.

    I don't think that they'd drop a game after all the time they spent developing it.

    Why would they spent all of this time on it and say that is on schedule just to "delete" it, Stalker?

    I just hope the game doesn't end poorly developed like I am Alive was. I am so expecting for this game.

    Here is just another link.

    I really hope Valve buys THQ or it's company assets and Studios. I probably wouldn't mind much if it was bought by EA. I mostly want THQ to get back on it's feet though if that is even possible.

    That's actually one of the worst things that could happen. Not because hating EA is the popular thing to do nowadays but because they truly are one of the worst video game companies. Name me one game published by EA that doesn't screw the consumer in every possible way.

    I don't see why people are flipping out about the thought of EA buying THQ. If EA is so bad why does it own DICE; developers of Battlefield series, Maxis; developers of The Sims, and Black Box; developers for most the Need for Speed games. All of these studios do fairly well and sell a lot of games. So maybe EA taking over THQ isn't such a bad thing. Happy Cerberus? That's three different series that don't screw you over.
