This is for those of you who are pros at the twins fight in FT. Most of the guides I found are outdated or don't mention the differences between the 2 methods.

Do you prefer the 2 tank or 4 tank method?

Which would you recommend for a fresh raid trying to down them?

For the 2 tank method, how much hp is a good benchmark for the tanks, lets say self-buffed?

How many and what kinds of healers do you run in each scenario? Do you use a defiler or two?

Would you recommend a group stack or spread out?

We ended up preferring the 4 tank method. It takes longer but it places less stress on the tanks/healers and in the 2 tank stacking method one mistake is always a wipe. More wipes = taking longer overall. But lots of raids run the 2 tank method successfully and it's faster if you get used to it.

If your tanks are geared enough for 4 tank I think they would be fine in 2 tank, you just have to make sure a tank and/or healer cooldown is used whenever they get empowerment. Additionally there is far more damage to the raid from their cleansable ability so the cleanses must be coordinated properly between 4 cleansers (2 at a time).

Always use a defiler. 2 is not really necessary but if they do enough DPS as defiler it could be worth it in the 4 tank method. In addition to the links the defiler brings one of the best cooldowns for dealing with empowerment.

We generally run 2 tank healing chloros, in the 4 tank method they synth swap on their respective side. For 2 tanking they stay full time on each tank. A puri which adds tank mitigation, healer's covenant for empowerment, and another aoe cleanse. Finally two AoE healers which can be either wardens or LGV chloros. In the two tank method you could get away with 1 aoe healer.

As far as stacking or spreading out, we had more success with spreading out honestly. But at least until the first LoS stacking is the easiest method while 2 tanking, everyone just has to be aware that a bubble could easily drop while the boss is being dragged to LoS, and it will oneshot them.
