Does anyone know of any sites to trade games, movies, music, books etc? I ask because I want to start saving some money and instead of buying used or new games I want to trade stuff I have no need for to get stuff I do want. I know of one site, which is gametz.com which allows you to trade video games, movies, music, books and nearly anything, but most people don't bother with those. People mainly trade video games and I want a site for everything.

    Any suggestions?

    Morgan.

Swapace is a good place to check out. I believe it's completely free to use, but I can't be too sure. I used to be a member of sites like barterbee, switchplanet and so on. All of those places have since went under sadly so there's not too much out there.

There are numerous sites online buying your used video games and even a lot of real shops such as Gamestop but they pay you really ridiculous amount of your games. For instance a friends of mine sold them a PS3 game for 4$ and later they sold the same game for 10$. In conclusion you can make more by selling them in online auctions.

I don't think I've ever traded consoles, games and other such entertainment stuff but I did trade Pokemon trading cards in my school playground when I was much younger. Charizard and Pikachu were really popular then and your Mew and Mewtwo were prized possessions.

Gamestop doesn't do the games justice, I would much rather auction it online on eBay or somewhere. You're bound to get a better deal!

99gamers.com might "do the trick". Check it out, it's a place I've been frequenting lately, although I don't have anything to trade with the fellow gamers there, ha, ha.
