Ugly Nuggling, what's his story?

    Who is "Ugly Nuggling" and what is his story? There are no quests or achievements associated with him. All he does is stand there and cry. Perhaps he is an orphan dwarf found and raised by the Nuggs, who thinks he is a Nug himself. But what happened to his parents, and what were they doing in Morban in the first place? Maybe he is the last surviving member of a lost Morban dwarven clan. Might there be a Hammerknell connection to the Caretaker and the Nuggs?
