This is great news. According to some people at Bethesda and Zenimax, they want to have updates/dlc released frequently. This is great because if you expect me to pay $14.99 a month I better get constant updates, and not boring ones either. I want awesome missions from free clothes and all that good stuff.

That's great news. I figured they'd have constant updates and dlc. It's kind of needed now that we know there's a monthly fee. I'm not too happy about it, but if they plan to give us awesome stuff for it, than I'll be happy to dish it out. But it has to be worthy of the $15.

That's great news I suppose, but they darn well better if they expect me to pay a monthly fee. And if problems do persist, they better fix them fast, because I'm not going to be happy if I'm paying money and not getting the best of the game.

Yes that's a good news, as frequent update usually means less bug and more features :)

Depends on the how often and what the updates are. If they are general game updates then fine but it's going to be a bit of a pig if you complete a mission only to find it's been updated a week later with some new feature that is essential.

This is a 50-50 thing. In one hand, it can be good since it means that new content will be added regularly.
On the other hand it does give them the chance to have a "screw it, we'll just fix / add that after release" mentality which so many games have nowadays.
