For the first Pokemon who is a Fire and Water hybrid, I find the design to be very mediocre to say the least. The more I look at it, the more annoyed I get at how much the tail looks like a donut with the way its curved.o_O

Ah, so we finally have a Fire/Water hybrid Pokemon. Personally, I expected this to come around G4 or G5. It looks rather interesting, with it's donut-shaped tail and mostly red-coloration.

The design is pretty ugly if I'm being honest, but then I'm not much of a fan of the franchise anymore.
