    For those who were a fan of the Fallout series: you have Wasteland to thank. Fallout would have been named Wasteland 2, but Interplay developed it rather than EA.

    And NOW they're making a Wasteland 2!!!

    Kidding. It's not that big of a deal, but for many it was the first RPG they'd ever played. It wasn't mine, but I still enjoy playing it. Damn good plot, IMO.

    Never played the original wasteland, I think It was before my time.(started gaming in 95):tsk:

    I love my post-apoc media so I will most certainly check this game out! I have to at least try every post-apoc game just because I feel the need!

    In all honesty, I was born in '95, but I still make it a point to play influential games like Wasteland, even if they are outdated. Plus, my computer can handle the old games :3

    I remember when I got my first PC it was windows 95 and we played lots of dumb little games haha.

    Meh, I'm highly skeptical about it being released on console. But your PC should be able to handle it! I think.

    I think I'm most curious about what form it wil be, fps, or old-school turnbased like fallout 1 and 2 and so on.:)

    Oh they've confirmed it will be turn-based, but I think it's going to have super-awesome graphics.

    Nice to see people that knows Wasteland! And yes, finally they collected enough money to make Wasteland 2, I'm sharing that excitement with you Ted, lol. That's gonna be great!

    I’ve been wanting to play Wasteland for over three years now. From what I read, Wasteland 2 is supposed to be come with the original Wasteland as an extra, compatible to play on today's computers. Though I still want too attempt to get myself an original copy of Wasteland big box, released in 88 :).
