And what I mean by that is, what would you think of a Fallout game set outside of the United States, since the entire world was nuked to poopoo?
Well a big part of the Fallout series is Vault-Tec and they are an American company. Its possible that other people survived in their own Bunkers that we haven't heard of yet. There are certainly places remote enough that they could have avoided the Nukes altoghether (Im thinking of New Zealand here) since they are friends with pretty much everyone. Be kind of interesting to see one of these untouched locations.
I don't know if I would be a fan of 'Fallout' going outside the US; a lot of the small things that make it Fallout are really entrenched in 1950s American Style. I couldn't get in to it without those little nuances. However, a similar game that happens to fit in the same universe? Totally! I was hoping Metro or Rage would have filled that gap, but they were completely independent games. I would love to explore some of the untouched world, as Kitty mentioned - but also to see some of the world wonders and what's become of them. Part of the charm of Fallout was exploring familiar places after the nukes went off.
It would be cool, but from what I've seen and read, the rest of the world is pretty much obliterated, especially Europe.
