What are you expecting the most from TeS Online?

I'm really curious about other people's expectations. I have very high expectations from it and in my opinion it has enough potential to overcome World Of Warcraft. I'm really glad that all of the Tamriel is explorable and that there are guild wars but I have always wondered if there will be any ways of starting your own guild based on something (crafting, warriors, thieves, assasinations, etc...)

    What are your expectations?
Do you consider that it has potential to overcome WoW?

I think that it has the potential to do so, let alone the graphical content to beat it hands down, personally I want to play a game that looks realistic not cartoonish, as far as game play goes, I feel it is a bit of a let down, they have changed the combat system entirely and I really don't like that.

I just want to play Skyrim alongside two or three of my friends. I don't need an MMORPG, I already have one. I just want to get on the internet, and play skyrim accept slightly modified for multiplayer.
I want enemies to be five times harder to kill with two friends. I want teamwork orientated puzzles and quests. I also wouldn't mind developing new strategies and tactics that only teams could use. Someone to go close up with heavy armor and shield to distract the enemies while the friends kill term off long range and keep him healed. That kind of teamwork would make of for exponentially harder enemies.

I am expecting very little bugs some nice graphics, and most importantly a nice story I don't think this is to much to ask for since I am giving then $10 a month.

Yes I think it has the potential to overcome WOW but I don't like that they will be charging a monthly fee. I think that is a huge drawback for some people, especially those who play on console and are already playing for Xbox Live and Playstation Plus. It has to be really, really good for me to fork out that much each month.

Yes the fee is very annoying. But as a huge fan of the Elder Scrolls series I can't miss this. I also expect little bugs I don't think the story might beat World Of Warcraft's one but the other aspects can, graphics, various play styles, the huge world.

And I totally agree with Sidd230. I really want some team work. A tank + a mage + a thief and other combinations, The Elder Scrolls isn't limited to these 3 roles. It is much more complex and that's why I like it and I think it has enough potential to overcome the allmighty World Of Warcraft.

I think you pretty much hit the nail on the head here. TES fans have been crying out for multiplayer.... not an MMO. It's too much of a step away from the concept of the original series. Granted it's still a good game... it's just not the game we wanted...

You have also hit the nail on the head, I am not saying I didn't see an MMO style version of the game in the woodwork but I think it is much too soon for them to be releasing it into the general stream, I would have however loved a version made for the Xbox1 in which they had some form of arena or some such.

Totally... the Elder Scrolls universe does lend itself to an MMO setting quite well, but it's just, not what we really wanted. I would love to see a multiplayer arena... or perhaps even a multiplayer dungeon system, but built into a single player game.

Yeah I like the idea of the multiplayer dungeon system, to compare the game we are given to the game we want I will bring into reference a game that's available on steam, that game is that Dawn of Fantasy, you have the ability to get into PvP, but you can turn it on or off, that's the kind of game I wanted anyway.
