What are your thoughts on Katarina in the current meta?

    I've personally had success with her but I know that there are people that would struggle in the current meta and so many tanky junglers and top laners with CC.

    I should also add that my experiences with her are at high elo where teamfighting and focus is better. I can see it being harder to find success with her in low elo where your team wouldn't be able to chain CC so you can get a full Utli off.

    As of Now it's fairly easy to counter a kat. Like you said, Tanky Champions and lots of CC are all you need to destroy this squishy Kitty.

    If you know what you're doing Katarina can destroy teams, even against comps with hard CC and tanks. Snowballing early is the best thing you can do with Kat.

    Katarina is a great champ. Yes, she is very squishy but if you can play her correctly you can simply melt other champs like butter. There is no better feeling than getting your enemies pissed because they thought they could take you on and you reduced their health to 0.

    Absolutely this. I wouldn't play kat in anything other than low elo or unranked. She gets eaten by CC until she gets a GA, and even then, that can get stripped off so easily by a well-placed skillshot. Low elo and unranked has enough players that can't coordinate their tactics, thereby letting kat shine.

    In the current meta, kat is just too risky to pick. You have way better alternatives and I realize that as the days goes by, everyone is finally realizing how to counter Kat. She isn't even worth banning anymore in any elo.
