What causes Kelsaik resets?

    Hello all,

    I've had this happen a couple times. I will be in a KN20 raid where half of the raid is wiped but at least one person is hitting Kelsaik constantly and keeping aggro. Then Kelsaik will reset, despite that person still being alive. Is there a time limit? Or a limit on how many adds can be up? Or maybe a certain amount of damage needs to be inflicted to Kelsaik every X seconds.

    Yeah I'm always watching for that, especially as a Sorc with Stoneskin and Hailstorm. Right before posting this thread, I actually was leading a raid and we got to 7% (I was so proud T_T) before we got swarmed with adds and almost everyone was dead. I stayed on Kelsaik and he was literally standing in my Hailstorm, eating Magma Bombs and Ice Needles when all of a sudden the adds disappeared and he ran to the center of the room.
