What difficulty level do you play on Minecraft?

Either I play on Hardcore or Normal difficulty if I play on single-player. Hardcore isn't too difficult after you survive the first 3 days or so.

 

Usually hard, I wouldn't have it any other way!

 

Usually just normal. I've played on hardcore before but never really gotten to far with it :c

 

I play creative so I turn it down to peaceful!

 

I just use Normal, it's the default for playing games for me. I don't like having things too hard, it hampers my enjoyment of the game. I also tone it down to Peaceful sometimes when I get too frustrated.

 

I play Normal, not just in MineCraft but usually in all the games I play. I couldn't enjoy the game if it gets too hard. That's just me though. I know many friends who would always set the difficulty to the hardest level.

 

I used to play normal, but in my current world I am playing hard, because I wanted to see zombies breaking my doors.

But everytime I build something with redstone, I turn it to peaceful. Mostly because I usually stay in the same place for days, and a creeper could be painful (yes, I am not good at all with redstone... but I love it!)

 

Same, I am not even that good in general, so hardcore never really works out for me

 

I play normal. I've never tried hard because the mobs already freak me out enough. I'll start a world sometime in the future on hard level though.

 

I play it on hard level, but not hardcore because I die by accident sometimes and I want to still have my world and everything after I accidentally slip and fall into that ravine though. I find Minecraft not challenging enough even on hard mode, the only time I die is by accident, never by getting killed by mobs or anything similar to that.

 

I play it on hard. I used to play on normal, but it proved to be too easy for me. I also gave hardcore mode a try, but died after a month. I found out that I don't want to have my world with all my builds destroyed the hard way.

 

It depends. If I'm playing on PE (which is a lot) then I don't like to turn the difficulty up to high, because in my opinion, it doesn't really raise the challenge, just raises the annoyance. The reason I would only put the difficulty at like, normal in PE is because there's not much to earn from slaying monsters anyway. In Minecraft for PC I will not go on hardcore but I will at least set the difficulty to high to rack up a lot of experience points.

 

The hardest difficulty. As a veteran Minecraft player fighting mobs isn't that hard even when you have low tiered gear. It's a lot more challenging and even if you lose all your items to a creeper, it makes the game more fun to play.

 

Well to me it seems that Easy is the same as Normal. So I guess I just play Easy because the level difficulty doesn't seem to matter to me, I think more monsters spawn and that is it.

 

I usually play normal level, rarely hard difficulty. I'm just not so skilled player yet so hard is too hard for me. Normal difficulty is just fine for spending time playing Minecraft.

 

Hard difficult is where it's at. I like the stress it puts on me to maintain my house while staying alive. I like a challenge here and there and I love to take risks.

 

I'll play some hardcore when I'm feeling up to a challenge or playing with friends. When I'm alone, you'll usually find me on normal mode because it's the default. I haven't played easy or peaceful in at least a year now.

 

Hardcore difficulty. Not even a question - If it ain't hardcore, it's casual, and I ain't no filthy casual.

 

Normal, usually. I try Hardcore every now and then but it never really ends up working out too well.
