I've built everything, beat the Ender Dragon, you name it. Now I'm at the point where I don't know what to do. Everyone else seems to be able to play it for 2 years or more. What do you guys do to keep the fun level up after you've done everything in the game?

Well on single player, I just grind up EXP and enchant everything. Then, I'll just build random projects and "spice" up my builds a bit. On multiplayer servers, I usually just try to make friends and see what they're up to. When I'm on a multiplayer server, I'm usually just there to chill and talk to people. Sometimes I even go raiding!

Well, I either start an entirely new world, or continue playing in my current one. You can either grind up some resources to actually craft some sort of contraption, or make some sort of dream house. Explore a bit more, maybe you've missed something, look for strongholds, take over villages. Hey, maybe even make golden monuments in the name of Drellius just for giving awesome ideas.
No, I'm joking. Simply go over things again, there's bound to be something you haven't experienced yet, just try to be creative with the things you do and you'll most likely prosper.

Yeah pretty much. I mean that is what the game is based around. You build stuff and admire it. Then you build better stuff to admire even more.

Iv'e been looking for some small multiplayer servers but they never seem to last long. I was just recently on a multiplayer server that had tons of people on. After a little while people just stopped coming, even the admins, so I just left it. I had a ton of fun building a little town though.

Start your online adventure man. Join huge pvp servers or minigames. Minecraft singleplayer has a lot to offer, But the multiplayer even more. I've never really played a lot of singleplayer. But multiplayer for 3 years straight. For some reason it doesnt get boring.

Well I can understand how single player would get boring once you have done everything, I am currently playing on a server that has Skyblock and I have really enjoyed turning my tiny little island that had nothing on it except one tree into a floating fortress. I have been working on and off on it for about a year and a half and there is still so much to do.

As others have said, playing on multiplayer servers, installing mods or downloading new Adventure maps will help extend the life of the game for you. With all of the recent updates, you can essentially create a brand new game out of Minecraft, even adding features that aren't in the Vanilla game. I think that's darn awesome because some of the maps that people release push the limits of the game's engine and have the ability to surprise even the most weathered of players.

The things I do after I've done everything in minecraft are play with friends on a server and do silly things. And also, I play other games besides minecraft.

After I've done everything I just put the controller down. I also mess around with my friends on our own server and just do some crazy stuff that keeps the MC spirit alive.

Mods, mods, mods mods. There's so many mods that add all kind of different things!

I usually either just stop playing that world or go on a destroying spree, placing TnT at strategic places and blow the whole place up!

I tend to build some ridiculous things. The plan goes right in the beginning, but I either abandon it or things go horribly wrong. I don't know how some of the other players manage to craft amazing cities.

The only way I can have fun on Minecraft is play with my buds so we will either mess around on our own servers or often times we will become a faction on a server and screw with other factions. It's pretty fun because it adds more things to do rather than just finishing the "story" of minecraft.

Go outside until your skin turns a normal color of tan again. LOL but seriously. Go onto online multiplayer servers and play with other people. There are a ton and they are all different.

I will usually build intricate projects of unreasonable scale. For instance, in my most recent server, I have been building an archipelago of floating islands in the sky. I also intend to build a bridge about 2 km long. Gigantic projects are my bread and butter in Minecraft, and I would absolutely recommend partaking in some.

Well there are three things you could try. One is downloading an extensive amount of Mods and changing the gameplay up with those. You could make bigger and better things using your imagination. Or just take a break from the game for a few months before coming back and having a fresh start at the game.
