What food do you miss in Minecraft?

Can you link me to that Nutella mod. Sounds like fun stuff. Also, to answer your question, I don't really miss any food in Minecraft. I'm not much of a picky eater. Just take some bread and go.

 

I would like the ability to craft noodles in minecraft. I enjoy noodles mostly because Iam asian but noodles for sure is the way to go. Ramen, Yakisoba, Chow mein, all of these are the foods that should be added into the game.

 

I would like the ability to cook. I don't like installing mods and I don't want to learn it. The best would be to have some sort of stove in the vanilla game, where you can cook meat with bread and carrots or something to make a meal. I don't know what the advantages could be though...

 

Haha wow, I haven't thought about what I'd want in Minecraft but I would love to have noodles as well now that you've mentioned them. You're definitely making me hungry.

Nutella in Minecraft sounds good, outside the game Nutella taste like diarrhea. I would like to grow Bananas. They need more jungle fruit added to the game.

 

Cooked pork should definitely be renamed to bacon.

 

There are huge mods such as hunger overhaul and harvestcraft which add a TON of different types of food into Minecraft. I highly recommend you to try out some of these food mods!

 

l've been experimenting with minecraft bukkit plugins that create custom crafting recipes, so I might make something like a gold block and cooked pork that makes bacon (which could give some potion effect when eaten).

 

That sounds really smart! It makes cocoa beans more useful too! Nutella with bread on Minecraft would be awesome! In fact, they should add additional things for bread, like jam and peanut butter!

 

Maybe if they'd make fruit growing on trees the game would get interesting. I like the banana idea, but I'd also like to pick oranges from trees or strawberries and blueberries from bushes. You could maybe get some xp for every fruit you pick, and be able to grow fruit yourself to make farms for food. And then maybe they can make a wooden recipe for a basket and make fruit baskets that can be placed like cakes!

 

I miss the whole food healing instantly upon consumption, but otherwise I don't really miss any food in Minecraft, because I've always opted for beef, porkchops or chicken meat.

 

Man, I would love to see Nutella on future updates. I love Nutella.

 

I just want even more beef than i already have in game. ;]

 

I wish you could make more advanced foods like steak meals and chicken meals. They would be harder to make but should actually regenerate your health.

 

There's some mods out there that let you make sandwiches. The first one that comes to mind is Crash Landing. You can make sandwiches, but it takes a while. You have to start your "foundation" of your survival before you can even get to making sandwiches.
