What is Huan?

The mystery of the century . Many people wondered about this. Some claim he is a Maiar who took animal form but it's rather unlikely, he could only spoke three times as a special gift granted by the Valar and I don't think any Ainur, spiritual godlike being (or like angel) couldn't communicate or have such limits in it like Huan (if not by words then at least telepathically). Also we know that the hound was a gift to Celegorm from Orome, so I seriously doubt that any Ainur would let himself ,,be given" as a gift Huan acknowledged Celegorm as his master and had full indentity of a dog, acting like one, living like one. What we know of him is that the creature is very intelligent and powerful, one of the hounds from company of Orome the Hunter who was a professional monster slayer hehe so such hound (with huge size and strength) would be a valuable asset in his fights and a great match for monsters of Morgoth many of which are extraordinary strong and dangerous. Huan easily could defeat werewolves of Sauron (who made them) and Thuringwethil (it is assumed he killed her to take her skin for Luthien so she could assume her form easily, vampire servant of Sauron heh, how and when exactly she died nobody knows also what is a vampire in Middle Earth, a creature breeded by Morgoth or spirit in physical form, ,,vampire form" like a fell-bat or maybe it was whole new species? Her personal origin also is a mystery she was a messanger that flown to Angband. Not only Huan is enigma
