What is your biggest achievement in Minecraft?

Played through the entire game on survival mode.

Found The End, killed the dragon and even killed the Wither too. The Wither was an accomplishment within itself, without the proper gear, he'll destroy you.

 

Not bad at all, I am suitably impressed. I never had the patience and ability to stick with the game. I much rather prefer SMPs where you can buy your way to the top. Not with real money, of course, but you can easily earn money to buy things like Prot IV armor which would otherwise take forever to get legitimately.

My greatest achievement would probably be creating a MASSIVE medieval village in creative. It took me about 2 months or so to make, but that's my jam.

 

I'd have to say opening my server. The process of downloading all of the plugins, building, promoting, and then picking staff was such a hassle. It definitely took a lot of time and effort to make. I would have to also say finding diamond, I know who hasn't found diamond, but hey! It was such an achievement for me!

 

Building a life size TARDIC complete with a glowstone dashboard, swimming pool, and tennis court. It was very reminiscent of the doctor's grave. It took me months and then my computer broke and I lost it. I'll probably never put that much effort into something again.

 

My biggest achievement is my custom built mansion that was designed on AutoCAD first as a floor plan. I then translated 1:1 onto minecraft. The house is made of mostly marble dug from the depths of the nether, built completely in survival mode.

 

Mine was on tekkit because I built a tower and a factory and the complex around both as well as having everything automated to the point that I had unlimited everything and only had to craft and build whatever I wanted and this was on survival on hard by myself with no cheats. All in all it only took a couple of weeks and it wasnt even my biggest build but doing all the wiring and piping and generating power and everything else really made me feel accomplished, it felt better to have a working business complex then it did to build some gigantic castle that has little actual purpose.

 

Tekkit used to have some crazy cool mods, the advanced red power circuits, the lamps, and frames.

Man I miss that. I need that back!

I made a giant castle that literally rose out of the ground when a switch was flipped. I did that by building the entire castle's basic block structure/foundation on top of frames that worked with motors to raise or lower. I can't think of the mod name. All I know was sad face when they took it all out.

The castle had an epic lighting system too. All power came from the central courtyard, where I made massive fake trees that hid HV power lines that ran down 'inside the tree' into a central nexus for power distribution. The lighting system would automatically turn on when it was dark out, or raining.

Then I made a dance floor disco tower, the entire tower was a hollow stone shell with wiring on the inside to light up the lamp blocks. Then using the advanced redstone circuit mod, I set up timers and randomizers, etc. to make the entire room pulse with changing lights and colors. It even had a roller coaster going through the top of the tower, that roller coaster went all around the castle and started/ended at the portal to the main train station.

Man, what a fun time! #nostalgic!

 

I don't even know my biggest achievement on Minecraft! A great achievement I know of, though, is raiding the biggest faction in the server! We got super over powered and the members of the other faction couldn't get revenge on us. We were unstoppable at that point.

 

I remember how great I felt the first time I found diamonds in minecraft. It was a the bottom of a rivene in my first survival world, back when I was still following tutorials. I was so excited that I took a screenshot of the diamond ore and posted them all over social media

 

My rainbow sheep ranch! I use their wool to decorate everything!

 

I built a whole castle around my spawn location so that when I died I spawned exactly on the throne room, that was pretty hard to pull off but it was worth it

 

I think that finding my first diamond sever was a really happy accomplishment for me! It was a really long time ago, and I actually can't quite remember it exactly. But finding diamonds definitely feels great!
