I really love to sit down in the survival mode, and just explore the pre-loaded world. I'm not the most creative person so it seems like my original creations aren't usually very good. The exploration in the game more than makes up for my deficiencies though.

What do you enjoy about Minecraft?

I definitely have to say the feeling of starting with nothing and working your way to the top. I enjoy beginning with nothing but my fists and then having my own city and farms, it is definitely a rewarding feeling. If only I could accomplish things like this in real life.

Yeah, I agree with you two above. Definitely love that there are basically endless possibilities for what you can do with/in the game as well

All points mentioned above are perfectly valid reasons as to why I enjoy the game. I also think that the crafting system is probably the best out all voxel based games I've played so far.

As mentioned above. In addition to that I would like to add the freedom of doing everything. My favorite aspect remains the "evolution" that we develop. Especially while playing Tekkit I enjoy thinking that I'm advancing in technology (ancient era, medieval era, nuclear era) and so on. Starting with nothing but achieving something glorious... that's what I really like at Minecraft.

I love the unlimited possibilities in Minecraft. When you think you've seen it all, something new pop ups and you want to discover it. The game has no end as with every update new discoverable stuff comes out. That's why I love Minecraft!

Exactly, there is no end to Minecraft, there is no goal, nothing to accomplish. The game is yours to do whatever you like. It is the reason it is one of my favorite games of all time.

Even though I did not play it a lot but there is one aspect I think is very impressive. It's the use created contents. The mechanics of Minecraft make it possible to create anything with blocks. I like how people are so dedicated in recreating things from other mediums or translate them into Minecraft.

It's a very fun and boring game at the exact same time. Since it causes me to have mitigating feelings, it's a bit like meditation. The game is so easy that I have a lot of time to think about things. The game is so opened that it allows me the wonders of the MC universe while exploring the same repetitive landscape, yet at the same time, it's relaxing in that repetitiveness. It's like venting my own worries, bad feelings and allows me to think through my troubles, while doing something constructive and/or productive that ultimately, allows me to see something 'done'.

I love both exploration and building equally. Sometimes I just want to build and I'll go into creative mode, but most of the time that gets boring for me. I find it much for fun to go explore, find new stuff, feel the delight when I come across a new underground mine area, and collect materials I will later put to use.

My favorite aspects of Minecraft are the redstone, caving, and the creative freedom. I absolutely love architecture and having the freedom to build my own building without having the most amazing drafting skills is what drew me to this game in the first place. I grew to love the caving, going around the corner with no expectations and then finding diamonds is exhilarating. The social aspect is also an amazing part of the game. You can just drop into a server and find friends, maybe even find a permanent community to be in.

I enjoy everything in Minecraft. Especially all the endless possibilities. You can basically do anything you want. That's what I really like. I love building big and great builders. I'm quite a good builder in my opinion. I don't play singleplayer much, because I find it very boring. I love playing with my friends on some factions server or Towny. Sometimes pure Vanilla.

Open world, construction, survival. All those make a great game and I like all of them. I can't really imagine what Minecraft would be if either was missing, so I'd count all of those three as my favorite aspects of the game.

I really think the Minecraft multiplayer is one of its strongest aspects. Coupled with how easily modded it is, multiplayer is really great. There is just so much to do, the variety is incredible. There is something for everyone.

I'm a big fan of exploration. Sometimes the best part of the game comes from discovering a new chain of caverns to help fuel your projects above, and sometimes the best part is when you finally place the capstone in a week-long project. It's a game that allows you to create your own favorite experiences.

I love the creative, free roaming part of Minecraft. I love being able to make what i see in my imagination! Even if it defies the laws of gravity ! :)

The fact that I can create anything and everything I desire. It just takes me some time and effort as to how difficult the thing I wish to create is. That is why I love it, why I keep coming back. The fact that I can create things for the sheer sake of doing it.

Well it's not the only bit. There is the planning, construction. Boredom, and the carrying out of the task. Realizing you missed a block on a side and your creation is now uneven. That's when the fire starts.
