"I haven't spent much time in Deepholm, Vashj'ir, Mount Hyial, etc., So I don't really have a Thinking Spot there."

"What about you guys? Do you have any favorite Thinking Spots in Azeroth?"

Personally my favorite spot is in Netherstorm, specifically on top of a floating rock with a clear view of the cosmic purple skies. Excellent place to relax imo.

Just look up at the skies and listen to the ambient music, it will literally send you into a trance.

My favorite part is probably the blasted lands, although I've enjoyed my time in Duskwood too. The best place for relaxing and just hanging out for me is Westfall, particularly around Stormwind.
