What would you play if Minecraft didn't exist?

    What game would you play if Minecraft didn't exist?

    Personally, I would play more Red Orchestra 2, and I would probably get a few more games on steam to enjoy, maybe garry's mod or something like that. I wouldn't really care that much if Minecraft didn't exist though, it isn't really that big of a deal to me, it is a good game, but not the best game in the world at all. I wouldn't have know what to say a year ago, before I really discovered steam and realized what kind of games I could get on it.

    So, what would you play?

    I'd probably be playing Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. I've invested about 1000+ hours into that game and I am playing on a pretty high tier level . What I enjoy most about CSGO (for short) is the competitive environment the game itself provides (no third-party apps are required) and fosters a nice competitive scene. You can also earn money (I've earned 100+ USD) by buying and selling "skins". You can also bet your skins which i've earned even more money. Just today I earned about a 2 dollar profit from betting.

    A great and solid game. It's still growing but it's growing fast. On tournament days it will usually surpass LoL in twitch viewership

    You mean games like MC or a different game altogether? I'd probably be stuck playing Assassin's Creed and the following incarnations of Borderlands and Bioshock.

    There are many games out there to play with. Like Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Garry's mod, Team Fortress 2, Dota 2 and etc. And also, since there are also new games coming out, maybe I'll play those new games.

    There are way too many games I will if there's no Minecraft. Actually I no longer play it as much anymore, I'm hooked on Diablo 3 UEE right now. I guess I'm not one of the Minecraft fanatics that don't play other games.

    I would probably play Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 or Garry's mod.
    Garry's mod is similar to Minecraft, you can do everything!

    Probably WoW or LOTRO. I was on them first and I think they would win back my loyalty. It doesn't make much difference to me. Since I work I don't have a ton of extra time to just burn.

    Well I'd probably playing any game that is not Minecraft after all it doesn't exists. I'd probably be having my hands full on AC or any other main stream games that are good.

    I think I would never even think about playing Minecraft if it didn't exist. Minecraft is a game of it's own genre. Why would you think about playing something similar?

    The same games I am playing now, I don't think anything would be different if minecraft wasn't around.

    Hm. I'd probably play some Titanfall, a little MLB: The Show '13, and a handful of other games. I'll play just about anything that keeps me interested for a few hours at a time.

    I'd just play CSGO, Fallout 3, or Elder Scrolls, but take a bit of Terraria and Starbound for a spin. There's more than enough games to keep me entertained for a while, and I'm not completely addicted to Minecraft. I don't even play it as much as I used to anymore.

    Jeez this thread has been made like 12 times already. I'd play Call of Duty and Civilization V some more.

    If I was going for a substitute for Minecraft, I would probably just play even more of the elder scrolls. Or play the upcoming No Man's Sky
