What's your favourite mod to Minecraft? Personally, I really like the Minecraft Aether Mod. It adds so much more to the game. The textures look quite nice, and the dungeons are so much cooler. Recently, I haven't really seen them update. The last time I checked, the mod was available for the 1.7.3 version of Minecraft. Hopefully they update soon!

The mod that I wish all servers had to make the game a bit more fun is the "MMORPG" Mod, I mean it gives the ability to level up mining and digging. So many perks are added with this mod.

I don't usually play with a singular mod, but rather modpacks. I personally have really enjoyed Agrarian Skies off of the Feed the Beast launcher, as it adds the "Hardcore Questing Mod" which gives more direction and helps the player learn mods, as well as reward them with more lives and items that can help them in their game.

I love Tekkit mod and Mo's Creature mod. It has everything I need in Minecraft. Oh and also Optifine mod is one of the best too.

Tekkit's a somewhat old mod, but it's still probably my favorite. I still play with it every once in awhile, although there are some pretty great mods out there besides Tekkit. I do like the Aether mod, but I haven't gotten to spend too much time with it lately.
