When is Reaper of Souls Releasing?

    When will the Diablo 3 expansion going to get released? Anyone here that was in the beta a while ago? What do you think of it, is it better than the core Diablo 3?

    D3 Reaper of Souls will be coming out on March 25, this year. I presume it MUST be better than the core d3. Core D3 unfortunately while in some aspects was a great game left alot to be desired with (initial PvP). I believe this gives them the chance of correcting the bad stuff and implementing new content.

    There are mixed reviews but I hear it is a slight improvement from vanilla D3. I hope they make PVP interesting enough or else it isn't worth buying IMO.

    Thanks for the link. Glad to see the review is mostly positive. I was really disappointed in several aspects of D3 and never got past Nightmare mode as a result. Maybe with this new expansion it'll be time to dust off my demon hunter and give the game another shot.

    On a related note, does anyone know if this expansion is coming to Xbox 360? I own the game on X360, but I can't seem to find anything reliable about whether or not the expansion will be released for my console.

    I think it will be released for the consoles for sure but probably on a later date.

    I also hope it will be released for Xbox 360. Still I can't wait for it to be released. I always considered the 4th act that it finishes a bit too fast. Despite all my positivity I'm pretty sure I will have to wait a bit more after it is released because of the huge amount of players as impatient as me waiting for it.

    So the main features (that aren't available to other players) are just the new class and the new Adventure mode?
    Doesn't seem enough for me to justify the purchase...
