When you play on hardcore mode, how long do you last?

In hardcore, it's generally the very beginning that is the most difficult. After like 3 days in the game, it gets really difficult to die.

My answer to your question would be yes.

 

Hardcore is pointless to me, you never die because it is hard core, you die because of some random reason like being pushed into lava by a mob or whatever. It is better to play survival and then delete the world when you die for a hardcore reason such as mobs, not the fluke getting pushed into lava or something similar.

 

I always make a careless mistake and die within the (minecraft) week

I like tall structures and I tend to fall off them a lot..

 

I lasted a long time the last time i played it, about a month of so. It was my only world and I was really angry when I died. All the hard work lost in a second, just because you took off you armor for a minute to enchant it. What a shame.

 

The longest I've lasted was about a month in game. Usually it's less than a week.

 

I think I was only able to survive a little over 20 minutes at most. I might give a shot again and see how far I can make it. I love challenges.

 

I either get unlucky on my first few days trying to get gear/food. If not, I die from several mobs trying to kill me (usually creepers) or falling into the lava in the nether. These are usually no problems at all when you get diamond gear and potions, however. It's a challenge but it gets a lot easier as you go on in the game.

 

Typically only a few days. I am not good at it, props to those who can make it a month or more!

 

I've played Hardcore once. I lasted like 5 minutes. I have no idea how I died to fast! I don't die that fast in regular survival. I think it may have been because I kept acknowledging that it was hardcore mode and probably got a little nervous .

 

I've played Hardcore mode once and I died instantly because of a creeper explode behind me while building my house. Never tried it again.

 

The first few days are always the worst. Mobs can be dangerous, but food supply can be too. If you cannot find a food source, it could kill you faster than the mobs. I always try to find shelter and then food, after that it is much easier.

 

I can last for weeks in game because I'm pretty cautious and I carry out a routine that's relatively safe. I usually die from mobs rather than making mistakes with the environment.

 

Usually if I last the first night, I can last as long as I want to keep playing on the world.

 

I only lasted 20 minutes till creepers got me. I was mining and I turned around for one second and it was just right there. BOOM!

 

I don't play it very often, but when I've tried, I've never really made it that far, maybe 20 or 30 minutes into it and it seems like a creeper just appears in front of my face then boom, I'm dead.
