I don't like when people consider champions are OP because they're all balanced in their sort of way. I'm sure there are multiple strong champions, but I think Lucian, the new champion, is very strong right now. He has bonus movement speed whenever he attacks, has an ulti that does a lot of damage, and dashes that he can use very frequently.

All champions are balanced to some extent, but any fed champion is going to struggle against a fed master yi, suggesting it is not all a level playing field. I think some characters are more powerful than others, but some are quite niche, and excel at certain roles, where as some are quite good overall.

I would say most of it comes down to the player, and the team though, LOL is a team game, and although there are carries in it, a well organized team will win any match

I'm not sure about the absolute strongest, but I know a good Tryndamere always makes me nervous. >.<

I hate being against a well played Blitz, Tryn, Yi, Fizz and Daruis.

In late game, Blitz's initiate can be devistating at team fights, Tryn's ult is just really annoying and always seems to escape, Yi deasl a stupid amount of damage and can easily escape from being ganked, Fizz has so much burst damage and can escape pretty easily and Darius can be stupidly tanky and still deal damage! lol

Blitz is the destroyer of solo-queue. Even if he is super bad. All he needs to do is avoid dying, and land one hook or two hooks late game. If he is clever enough and doesn't pull an amumu into his team [believe me it happens]. But if he pulls a squishier target such as the AD carry, it will instantly die. And since it's late game things like that cost A LOT. Losing your carry = defensive mode unable to contest objectives.

As for Lucian, I don't even consider him a threat, he is fun and all, but his damage is not consistent, and this is what you need from your main DPS source.

The only time champions such as yi, tryndamere and fiora become a threat is when you and/or your teammates didn't play the early game correctly. These champions have really weak early game, and that's when you need to be most aggressive. And if you play safe and avoid ganks, there's no chance of them getting fed.

As of now, I think Ahri is really strong. With DFG, she can burst down squishies with one full combo.

Yes, he's very strong - but I guess his downside is that his ultimate is completely useless as of right now.

The problem is, that his ultimate is his weak spot. If the enemy flashes behind you, you're done, boom - dead.

You can't even cancel it, it's completely nuts :/

Have you guys saw Jinx ? I mean...it's an AD carry with HUGE ratios of damage, with hard AND soft CC, global aoe ultimate, HUGE passive steroid that can clean teamfights with great positioning [and she doesn't even have to kill the target just damage it], attack speed steroid , true sight and so on.

I mean, if you're looking to play a broken/fun/op champion play jinx.

    Here's her wiki page: http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Jinx

Lucian for me, his abilities are unreal if you use them properly and use them at correct times seriously he is one of the best characters on the game if used right.

I find Annie really OP if you get her bears level full it literally hits 2 and kills the enemy.

Just want to add that Jax is really scary right now. He has always been one of my favorite champions, and I'm glad that he's back in the competitive scene. With the Trinity Force buff, he can now stick to enemies and chase them to death. And when coupled with Blade of the Ruined King, the kill potential just skyrockets!

I think you are asking a wrong kind of question. No champion is jack-of-all-trades. Adc are good at burst dmg and killing quickly. Tanks are...well, good at tanking. Support are good for helping other champions. Tho I would say that teemo is very op still. He does so much dmg if you build him ap/as.

My favorite champion to play is Rammus for 1 reason - he can survive 5 man ambushes. I've seriously been in games before where 3,4 and even 5 guys surprise me out of a bush and I'm able to shield, flash, and roll away with out any troubles. I've also had games before where 3 guys jump on me and I walk away with a triple kill ;)

I guess it's the ability to hang on my own that makes me think eh is one of the best!

teemo is great against most adcs because of his blind, but he will struggle against a good tank or jungler, especially if they have any stuns or slows. Also, as soon as the enemy gets an oracle, teemos mushrooms are virtually useless, which means you only have 4 effective ults on your team.

Which leads me to another point. Teemo's shooms don't have much impact in team fights (unless you run into the middle and drop one), so late game, he can be a problem

Definitely either Master Yi or Blitzcrank. Master Yi is just a really annoying and cheap character in my opinion who I absolutely HATE while Blitzcrank is just an insane ganking machine.

I would probably say Jax if you know how to play him well. He can wreck most top laners and if you are good with him you can kill his counters as well. His ultimate makes it so easy to farm. You do not even have to last hit. It is like counting 1-2-3 and minion kill! His stun makes a great initiate on most champions and the defense from E ability and his ultimate make him very hard to kill as well. In my preference it is Jax.

There isn't such a thing as a strongest champion. Every champion excels at a different role.
You could ask what the strongest champion for a role is, but even then you can't have a specific answer. That's because LoL has a lot of champions and all kinds of matchups are available, so it really does depend on your team and the enemies.

As you said, every character is balanced in some way. No matter who seems strong, there is always a way to counter. It's about more than just damage or tankiness. For example, Tryndamere does way more damage than Nasus, but Nasus beats him in lane because of his wither, and his ability to take a lot of hits. On the other hand, Riven does more damage than Tryndamere, but Tryndamere wins because of his ult. It's all about the matchups.

I agree with you, there's no such thing as an overpowered champion.
But there's champions who shine a lot more on certain roles, and for me it's Jinx on the bot lane, she's really strong at the moment. Probably the most efficient adc.

Depends on the player! Every champion has its benefits and counters against other champions. I think that's the beauty of LoL to some extent that there aren't any champions that are overtly stronger than the others. If you know how to play a champion well, you can do well in the game.
