    in metro last light who do you think the mysterious prisoner might be?
    the one to unite the metro
    im guessing either:
    Artyom himself= you find the prisoner and he says "its you artyom, your our last light"

    hunter= hello artyom when i went to the botanical gardens i got high with some pacifist howlers for a good 20 years

    Sasha= the little kid you rescue from hole station

    Stalin him self

    any ideas anyone?

    I think the prisoner will be someone totally new. It's not like they are stuck with the same characters, its a big world!

    I didn't think the Last Light was meant to be a person. I thought it was meant to be some metaphor about the last chance for hope in the Metro, meaning that if their mission isn't successful, all hope is lost.

    The Dark Ones were wise, they were trying to contact Artyom all the time. Maybe they'd show us their wisdom once again by not attacking for revenge like we bloodthirsty humans do, instead trying to contact and understand us. :)

    Come on, everyone and thing has its levels of patience and tolerance
    we've broken that line with the dark ones. Destroying them while they were tring to help us. They're furious and i dont blame them.

    oh i could not sleep and was thinking how good are the dark ones and their words etc and then Artyom just was there and did his job that simply shows how simple human is Artyom it should not happened that way Artyom had something special and they removed it at the end it is a fail for me :(

    Maybe Artyom didn't know that they were actually peaceful. I didn't understand so myself. Not even after completing the game xD I was like "Oh, yay, I killed the bad guys! ^-^"

    also the sentence "sometimes we see blue sky"
    that made me wonder, so would places like hawaii be hospitable? by 2054?
    i cant think of many mutations there, hawai isnt a place that would get nuked, and its also quite far from most big countries.
    mutated monkeys? mutated parrots?
