    Who is the secret prisoner? Who do you think it is, from the demo that is? is it a dark one. is it hunter. is it melnik? or is it someone we do not know of?

    My money is on Hunter. He was the character in the first game that sparked Artyom's entire quest... So I feel like for Khan and Artyom to venture on such a dangerous quest, the prisoner could only be someone as important as Hunter. A Dark One would be an insane twist though, and I would not mind that at all.

    What about some other person, that is not so very important? Or maybe they've kicked in the kiddo who gets killed by one of the librarians in the book (sorry can't remember the name o_O)?

    Me too. I am sure it is Hunter.

    Personally, I disagree with Dark One as secret prisoner. I don't see how it works, no offense. Because if they want to get ruin of them, then why would someone keep someone as their prisoner right after they killed a bunch of Darkes? Doesn't make any sense to me.

    Unless maybe A4 Team can explain it better in next game. I don't know. Hmm...

    Daniel, i think was his name and that would be cool if it were him since he was sent to keep an eye on artyom in the book. but then again he did die in the book.

    Not that it matters, but I think Strelok read it in swedish, and I can say it's Danila in danish as well. I actually find it interesting to see the different translations of the book. Like "Exhibition" is VDNKh in Danish, and "Cursed" is Turgenevskaja.

    Sorry for off-topic, but I didn't want to start a whole new thread for this subject.

    Could it be Sasha's father?, when you save the boy the guard tells you "do you have any idea how important his father is".

    It not the exact words said by the guard but I'm sure you'll get it

    Ya, his uncle died at hole station so it can't be him. It would be kinda cool if it were him after all, because that would mean the answer had been in our face the whole time. But who really knows right?......4A

    The prisoner is the guy who really looks like Marked one from stalker. His face can be seen in treaser trailer if you look it in slow motion.
