Why does Manamune not get same upgrade as...

Tear into Manamune gets no upgrade besides the flat ad.

Archange gets a faster charger why does Manamune not same it really lame.

Probably because Manamune's mana gain procs off of autoattacks, and spellcasts. Archangel's only provs off of spellcasts.

Most of the time, it's faster to charge Archangel's, but you can't always cast spells - however, so long as there are targets, you can autoattack as many times as you want - you aren't bound by mana cost restraints
