Why more and more people are infatuated with the guild wars 2?

    Many of my friends like to play game, in the midst of them the most pop games is the Guild Wars. They are now looking forward to the release of guild wars 2. Why guild wars 2 have not release but attracted so many players?

    Guild Wars 1 is a huge MMO so the game has already established a very strong fan base. Not to mention GW was a successful video game so people are expecting another very successful game like GW

    I agree with lolwut, and on top of that, ArenaNet has been providing us with information and news about GW2 for a few years now, not to mention that by the looks of it, Guild Wars 2 might be a genre-changing title. I don't see why it shouldn't have such a large fanbase. Plus, every major game magazine is previewing the game right now. ^^
