Why Riot still didn't fix the annoying issue with leaver and trolls in this game???

    Rant time: I am still in Bronze I when I know I deserve at least Silver II. Every time I get a winning streak it is either because the other team has an AFK or a troll. Every time I lose its either cause my team has a troll or AFK. It is so rare to have a fair match. I still don't understand why is it when the system knows that there was an AFK in our game, it still takes away and give point? That is not fair at all. What do you guys think about this?
