Will Guild Wars Be A Solo Or Team Battle Or Can We Do Both?

I am wondering if the Guild Wars 2 will be able to play 1 player.
I like 1 player games and that's why I ask.
I don't mind playing with other players but sometimes for practice solo play is best so a whole lot of people don't yell at you if your a newbie.

i think you should of posted this in the noobie section, you can play this game however you'd like. alone or with others but be aware you probably can't do the difficult dungeons because they require a team.

Theres a special quest chain that takes your char all through the game and molds the towns and story to your choices. This is solo play, but you can invite ppl to help out if you want. Dungeons, however, will not be solo as you'll need some help. Basically 80% of the game is soloable from what I read.

Thanks for all the responses. I know now what goes into this game. Now I will be able to play it alone if I want and in a group to do the hard places.
