    Hello folks, I'm in quite a pickle.

    My faithful video card of five years has passed away in a puff of smoke a couple days ago after what seems to be a severe case of bloated capacitors. The warranty ran out about 20 months ago, so it's impossible to just go and demand a replacement.

    My previous videocard is also dead, which is why I had to buy my current dead one in 2011 and the one before that is AGP, which is pretty much discontinued in favour of the PCIe, which means I'd have to go back in time 10 years to get a motherboard, processor and RAM for it.

    I have already spent my savings on some upgrades (Better display and SSD, you could have noticed that my latest videos have been in proper Full HD and in better quality overall) a couple weeks ago, so it will be a few months until I can save up for a new one. Unfortunately my motherboard does not have an on-board video, so my desktop is effectively a very expensive paperweight until then. I can't do my work effectively, I can't do my other work effectively, I can't record, edit, render and upload my videos, I can't engage in my favourite form of escapism.

    Therefore I've been meaning to ask if anyone of you is willing to spare some funds to help me out.

    My goal is to purchase a GF 970 that appears to be one of the best options in terms of performance/quality/price right now. I will need $360 USD for it. So far I have $106 USD to spare, after putting away money for the apartment bills, transport, food and medical expenses for this month.

    The most readily available options are Paypal and Western Union. The first one is essentially an online wallet suited for sending smaller amounts of money to other users as well as making online purchases and the other one is an offline service for sending larger amounts of cash around the world among other things.

    The first one needs my e-mail address and the other one need my physical address and a real name, so if you are willing to send something leave a message and I'll disclose those through the PM.
