Which console do you guys think will win this console race? Right now the Wii U is winning, but that's only due to the fact that neither the PS4 or Xbox One are currently available for sale. So, can the Xbox One and PS4 outsell the Wii U? My answer is yes as the pre-sales seem to spell out that story. Which console are you getting? I already have a Wii U, but I'll be getting a PS4 and Xbox One once I feel the time is right.

Which one wins, which one comes out dead last?

You know, if Microsoft keeps back tracking and taking away all the bad and adding all the good, the Xbox One could be the best console next generation. Now I doubt this simply for one reason. The price. The Xbox one will set you back $500. The PS4 will only be $400, which is unheard of for a new console, especially one so impressive.

I really think both consoles will do great, but in the end, the PS4 will come out on top, the Xbox One will be close behind and the Wii U will either be dead last, or completely gone from the market at some point. This generation will be the same this generation, except this time the Xbox will be behind the PS4.

I think it will be PS4-Xbox-WiiU in the end. I currently have a PS3 and enjoy it much more than the XBox but that's just my opinion and who knows once they come out.

I think it will be Xbox/Ps4/WiiU I think the PS4 dug their own grave when PS3 games wont work on the PS4, but I still seeing it out selling the WiiU just because Sony has way more fanboys and fangirls.

I am getting PS4 and Xbox One. Wii U doesn't have any appeal for me, probably because I'm over the age of 12. LOL. I do have a 3DS though and I really like it. I'll be spending around a thousand dollars for PS4 and Xbox One but I think it is worth the investment. Gaming is my main hobby.

The PS4 is going to rock! I think the Xbox One will do well but the price needs to lower. My bro is getting a PS4 so I'll give it a thrashing when it's released. My friend is getting the Xbox so I get to give that a blast too for comparison.

Considering the track record...and PS3 is beating Xbox in sales even though it released a year later.

Combined with the fact that the PS4 has much more positive press than the Xbox and has higher specs. I really think that the PS4 will win this generation as well.

As for Wii U...well I really don't know. It's in a league of its own.

The Playstation 4 looks most promising for me. I hope there are plenty of good games at launch when I but it.

The Xbox One seems inconvenient that you have to log in to play. I don't think it was a smart move on their part.

As much as I love Nintendo games, I don't see myself ever getting a Wii U. Nintendo needs to step up the hardware a little bit.

Personally, it is sure that I am for the PS4.

It is cheaper and offers exclusive games that Microsoft will not. There are as full of Naughty Dog Studios and Santa Monica that will give us real games on PS4.

Then the PS + subscription gives free games every month. I grew up with Sony and Nintendo, so I buy the Sony and Nintendo consoles.

I love the Dualshock controller who kept his style since the PS1. I am disappointed that Sony did in "select" button and "share" button. It will never be like before .. but it is nothing serious.

The design of the console is nice, the interface is beautiful and she looks extremely fluid.
Xbox One will be a fierce competition for the PS4, but I will stay loyal to Sony.

LOL at adding Wii U to the mix. Are people even buying that?

PS4 is the hands down winner here. Its cheaper and has more power while XBox One has absolutely nothing beyond TitanFall going for it. I don't know why we are even seeing XBox as competition.

It's a hard decision. Since the PS doesn't have free "online" anymore the choice is not that obvious. I like Xbox controllers more as I have big hands, but I like the PS user interface and the community seems to be more mature than the Xbox one is. I'm not gonna buy the new console anytime soon, but the choice would be PS4.

The PS4 is probably gonna trump over the Xbox this time around. To be honest, Microsoft dug its own grave and the back tracking and bad PR is just hilarious. We all know where Microsoft mindset was at when the first came out with the Xbox One. I don't trust MS with anything anymore.

Now that they're out, I can definitely see the PS4 dominating in the next few years; it's already seen record sales on its release which gives studios more incentive to create more games for it.

Playstation 4 is definetely the more capable gaming system. Xbox One seems to be better with ease of us and the organization of the homepage and the capabilities of non-video-game related stuff they have all over the place. Wii U is well the Wii U it's whatever. I'm going with Xbox One because I've always had a 360 and don't want to start over on a new console. Just want my Xbox acc to be brought over with my achievements and friends and everything.

I don't think Wii U should not really be in the choices Wii U can't keep up with Sony and Microsoft Nintendo has to rely on their few exclusives.

PS4 will probably end up winning, but I'm getting the Xbox One as it's an all around entertainment system. I play consoles mainly for netflix and playing shooters, both of which are better on XB1.

I don't own any of them, but I would say the PS4 might win just becasue it is cheaper, but it's really hard to say since I heard you have to pay a subscription fee for the PS4 which may or may not hurt Sony it's been along time since I own either products, but last time I had both was back in the PS2 and Xbox era and Xbox live was way superior.

Right now I think both of the big two have an equal chance over the next generations life time. Sadly Nintendo has once again limped across the finish line. All they ever really seem to care about is making kiddie games. Sorry to all the Pokemon fans out there. The only thing Nintendo has going for them at this moment is Mario, and Donkey Kong. Those are still fun and enjoyable to play.

Actually, isn't Nintendo having problems keeping afloat? Nintendo's Wii U is losing its grip on the market and developers are dropping out like flies.

With that said, the real competitors are between Sony and Microsoft. However, in a recent news article about MS trying to sway people to give up their PS4's for $100 and get an XBox, it seems Microsoft isn't too confident about themselves in that race.

At this point in time, we'll have to wait a bit and see how each other will do in the market and what their strategies will be like. If MS keeps up that borderline ethical behavior, they may actually lose some customers along the way.

PS4! I've been a PS fan for a while, but would buy an XBox if I had the money.

It's interesting to see Nintendo's evolution as a product, and see what's been hurting them. I heard a theory that a lot of their problems now is that they were trying to market the WiiU as a Wii product -- not a Nintendo product. Even though their name carries all the weight
