I was always partial to Stormwind, because that was a safe place to be, and I spent a lot of time there as a gnome-in-training. I still remember when I wasn't powerful enough to go beyond the vendor wagons, so I would swim in the moat when I got bored.

I never cared for Ironforge much. It always seemed to be filled with NPCs, and little player interaction. The entire complex was too big, with little to do.

Stormwind is too cluttered and the dimensions of the city gets to me all the time haha. I much prefer Orgrimmar because it's so open and located in a valley with nice cliffs. Undercity is another cool place to hang out mostly because of its upper and underground parts. However once again, it still has that cluttered feeling to it.

I really disliked Ironforge and the Exodar. I could never find my way around either of them and having to go around the forge was just annoying. I LOVED Silvermoon City. It was interesting, pretty well laid out, and nice to look at. Newbie hunting grounds were also easy to access and creatures were fairly plentiful. A lot of the places I liked in WoW were destroyed in Cataclysm, though.

Agree, I don't really like Ironforce aswell, it's just too bland in my opinion and makes me bored whenever I go there. Sometyhing needs to be done about that city to be honest

I don't have a particular city that I like above all the others, but I couldn't stand Ironforge for numerous reasons. Otherwise, I'm a pretty laid back player, and I don't mind going wherever as far as cities are concerned.

Always liked Orgrimmar because of how it looked, also because it was the first city I spent a lot of time in, as my first character was an orc. I grew familiar with the place pretty quick. My main is still an orc, coincidence, I think not.

I used to love the old orgrimmar but I cannot get myself to enjoy the garrosh one. Stormwind is still my favourite city though..

I would have to say any of the horde cities save Silvermoon. My favorite Is Ironforge. It is easy to navigate.

I love Ironforge too, it's quick to get around and easy to find what yiu are looking for...and it is home to my favourite race!

I remember starting WoW and getting to Stormwind and constantly getting lost. The map didn't help, and I just really hated it. As I got more experienced in the game I, of course, learned my way around. I still feel like the city has a lot of lost potential, I feel like it could be a lot better than what it is...but it's not my least favorite city. That would be Thunder Bluff. I get it, the lore and culture of it. I just find it to be a boring mess.

My favorite city is Orgrimmar. I think I'm just partial to that city because I basically "grew up" there. My character spent a ton of time parked in Org between quests.

I absolutely love the feel of Stormwind! You're right about it feeling safe, and roaming through all the passage ways and parks is so much fun! I'm still super salty about them getting rid of the Stormwind Park, and hope they bring it back! I love how much you can find in stormwind, such as restaurants and cheese shops. I love to roleplay as a waiter / restaurant owner and have people come in and order stuff. Good memories. ;)

I like Thunder bluff because it is so small and easy to navigate. Some of the other cities are just too sprawling and it is hard to remember where everything is. I have a special loathing for undercity..

My favorite city has got to be Orgrimmar. Before they remade the city, I used to LOVE standing on the roof of the bank, especially during in-game events that included fireworks. It was a great place to watch them. :)

My least favorite city is pretty much any Alliance city except Stormwind. I don't mind Stormwind, but I absolutely HATE Ironforge, and Darnassus/Exodar are just confusing to me. However, that might just be because I'm a hordie, but ya know.

I always felt like the Horde cities were a lot better, but like you I might just be biased lol. I also hated Ironforge, I get the whole concept behind the design but it was still ugly and tedious to navigate. Not to mention pretty hard to penetrate as a Horde PvPer or if youre horde trying to get alliance city achievements (like for holidays, etc).

My favorite will always be Shattrath. It had everything. High-rises, slums, refugees, a lot of different races, A'dal. It was easy to navigate, and when you got bored of waiting for BG queues to pop up, you could always help players beat down "Dirty" Larry.
Least favorite would be Exodar. I got lost so many times.

I love both Darnassus and Silvermoon (guess what I play as?). I always found the big human cities so very confusing, and incredibly busy. The server I played on many years ago always seemed heaving in the human alliance city, whereas Darnassus and Silvermoon played nicely without lag.

Ironforge- the bane of every world pvp achieve group. That place is such a pain in the arse out of sheer design alone. Between the tram and the way it's laid out makes it an easy ambush if the Alliance is well coordinated.

I did the same thing with Undercity. I actually deleted a lvl 5 character because I could not figure out how to get into undercity. I probably spent hours running around the ruins, and I just never happened upon a lift door when it was open, and never stayed long enough to see it open.. Was annoying because I could read chat and even track stuff... I thought the game was glitched LOL

I like Silvermoon because at least the map allows you to get where you want to go.. cities like stormwind, you couldn“t use the map to navigate because so many levels were blocked off and unclimbable.

The nostalgia that Thunderbluff brings to me is un-explainable. My very first toon was a Tauren Shaman and man oh man. Not knowing anything about a game, running around Bloodhoof village when it came under attack by some Human Paladin, and this level 60 Tauren Shaman showed up and rescued the day. It inspired me so much =D. All I could think is "one day I'm gonna be that guy". haha. Sorry, completely off topic I know. Just can't quite help, sharing a good WoW memory from back in the day. I miss the epic feel I first had when I started the game back in 2007.
