What about you? Do you have a gaming collection or maybe a movie, tv-show, book or whatever collection? I like to collect Special-Editions from games. Heres a (older) picture of my collection.

I'm very proud of my two BioShock Collector's Editions :) Especially the one from the first game is very rare to get and I bought it used for only 5 bucks :D It was completly sealed; the only thing that was bad was that one arm of the Big Daddy figurine broke of but some super-glue fixed that in no-time ;)

    Now it's your turn!

First off I must say that's a nice collection. Well, I have no special edition type stuff (Pre-ordered MW3 Hardened edition, but Gamestop naturally fucked it up and had none for me.) and most of my newer games are digital. So no fancy collection here :eek:hwell:

Wow! That's an awesome collection, impressive! I really like the Limited Edition of Alone in the Dark too even if the game was actually "bad". I'm also very proud of my Alan Wake Limited Edition. It's not on the picture but it stands next to all the Call of Duty Special Editions. The only games I own on steam are Amnesia: The Dark Descent, Metro 2033 and FarCry 2. I'm not so into digital copies of games.

I'm really jelly of your Silent Hill Collection...

Actually Silent Hill 1 is just a place holder so to speak. It's the PSOne version, but as you know there is emulator for the PC.And since i don't own PSOne anymore,i've decided to put it in the PC section :D
As far as i know there is no PC version of Silent Hill 1.

I'm not too fond of digital too but sometimes digital download is the only way to buy a game i really want.Alan Wake for example.

Yeah, Alan Wake is a must-play ;) I still don't get it why it was so under-rated. Barely got attention. You should also try "Alan Wake's American Nightmare". It's a cool spin-off. Not as good as the main game but worth a play.

Sure I also have digital games on my Xbox. Crysis 1 and 2 for example. But Crysis 2 was included with my Xbox so it would be dumb if I hadn't downloaded it, right? I also have some Arcade Games too but nothing really spectacular though.

Underrated? Yes,on the XBox.But it became a hit when it was released on the PC.Where it was supposed to be in the frist place until Microsoft and their "Xbox exclusive" crap came along. But that is another topic.
Yeah i've played AW:AN and i liked it,but i still preffer the "original" Alan Wake.
There is something about being alone in the woods at night that gives me the creeps

Yes, that's really an unique experience. Remedy did a great job on that game.

I've got about 500 video games in my collection (from the 8-bit era to now). Been a collector for 15 years. Too lazy to take pictures as well...

I've never actually done something like this before, so I thought this would be a good opportunity to join in - rather than just posting a boring list. :) I took all of the photos with the flash on, so the colours turned out really ugly and unrealistic (sorry about that), but at least the writing on the boxes is easier to read.

Here are the very few games I own for PSP:
I actually own two or three more digitally, but that's still not a lot.

Here is my growing PS3 game library:
Once again - I also own around four games on the PS3 in digital form and, obviously, those aren't shown here. :p

Last but not least, my PC titles collection:

Same thing here though, I have more than a few games on my PC stored digitally and they aren't presented here (that's why, for example, you see Mass Effect and then Mass Effect 3, even though I actually own Mass Effect 2 as well - but digitally). There are also a few games that my brother has but I didn't take pictures of them because I don't really "own" (the Stalker games are one fine example, which I've completed and loved; they convinced me to get Metro in the first place), then there are also a few without original boxes and/or in older CD cases not shown here, so they've been missed out as well.

As for special editions, I have a few "slightly" exclusive versions of games on those shelves which you might be able to spot, but if we're talking about anything that's bigger than a regular CD/DVD/Blu-ray case - then I have World of Warcraft Battlechest (though the account on the game itself actually got hacked ages before my free month of play even ended), The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Premium Edition and the huge Two Worlds II Epic Edition. I hope I'll be able to get some kind of special version of Last Light, if they release one like that. :)

In total, I own over 200 games but I can't say how much exactly because I haven't checked in a while. Shouldn't be too much over 200 though, I think. Don't really collect movies (my brother does that, and the rest in the house are sort of shared among everyone and used just for watching rather than collecting) and I have very few musical albums, whilst my brother has a ton.

    Okay, I guess that's it.

Wow, your collections are awesome and impressive, guys! I have no special editions or the like, and all of my PC-games are in steam. I could stable all of my old Xbox games in a row and take a picture, but it'd never be comparable with what you guys posted.

It is indeed a Polish edition, but I'm not sure if it's a collector's one. To me, it looks just like a normal version, but with a classic big box style look. It does come with the soundtrack on a second disc though - which is the only special thing about it, other than the size of the box and the white version of the box art, rather than the red one. ;)

I'm surprised that anyone would recognize that game. Most people have never heard about it, whilst in other areas it is quite infamous for how bad it is. Well, tbh, I wouldn't say it's terrible but it doesn't work that well. For example: none of the cutscenes ever worked for me in-game (I had to look them up on YouTube after completing each part of the game). Then it also has loads of stability issues and lacks originality, but the atmosphere really can be something special and the artistic style of the story is interesting to say the least.

The game was absolutely smashed by critics, and while it is far from perfect, I still think people were a bit too harsh on it. If the game spent more time in development, had more original ideas and worked 100% well without any crashes and with all cinematics working in-game, then it would have had the potential to be something truly unique. :(

my dvd collection is too big to even name all of them, let's just say it's over a hundred of them. my games collection is certainly smaller:

Assassin's Creed series; Red Dead Redemption GOTY edition; Mafia 1 and 2; Resident Evil series (up to V); Grand Turismo Series; Sims 1, 2, and 3, plus extension packs and stuff packs; Sims Medieval plus ep; Stalker Trilogy; Metro 2033; Monkey Island Series; Doom Trilogy; Silent Hill 1, and 2; Grand Theft Auto 3, Vice City, San Andreas and 4; Saints Row 2 and 3; I Am Alive PS3 dwonload; The Walking Dead downloads (PS3); Dino Crisis 1 and 2 (PS2); Dead Rising 1 and 2.

Are you kidding me?! It was my second favorite post-apocalyptic game after Shadow Of Chernobyl back then.Yeah,it has slow cluncky gameplay and some ridiculous monster desing, but spot-on atmosphere! I've been looking to buy it ever since with no luck :(
    Wanna trade?

I don't think you can find the Collector's Radiation Edition of SoC (the one in a steel case) anymore. There were maybe not more than 150 000 copies ever made i think and are pretty hard to find now.Even second hand. The other SoC you're seeing there is the regular edition, jsut the US version in a larger box.Call of Pripyat's collector's edition is nothing special really.it comes with a soundtrack, map of the area and 5 cards. It's the European CE and pretty easy to find.
