Are you religious?

I don't believe in any form of deity or god, nor that "someone" created us and the Universe.
I don't mind the religious believers, but I don't like to argue with one.

Non-existance is by definition impossible to prove. Only existance can be proven.

The burden of proof lies on he who asserts.

If a Christian asserts there is eternal paradise, then it is he who must prove it, not the one who does't believe it.

Agreed, but that doesn't validate your certainty that there is no eternal paradise, because then again:

Indeed, it is impossible to know whether it exists or not. However, i find it highly unlikely and live my life assuming that it doesn't exist.

    How about this:
Matter cannot be created or destroyed.
Everything is around the four fundamental forces.

Actually matter can be created and destroyed from and into energy respectively. Those rules, just like Newton's laws, apply to everyday environments. There are situations that require a certain deviation from what we commonly understand.

Photons for example have no mass, they are energetic particles, but with enough energy, many photons can create massive particles.

Well, I think what this is trying to say us is that nothing comes from nothing.
Energy simply exist, and that's that.

I might just have become an atheist. By the way, check this guy out. He is underrated.

All his arguments are valid because he has dreadlocks.
This guy really reminds me of myself. I'm very focused on morality, it's a big part of my life and I've often end up bringing up morality as arguments in different discussions like wether or not there is a god. And I'd have dreadlocks if I could.
I agree with almost all that he says, he does make a lot of sense.

Many of my friends ask each "If there is no god and afterlife then what is the point of living." One answer to this question is that there is the belief in the state, the belief that them living may help society, humanity and the Earth to push forward and prosper. There is also the want to leave a legacy, for your descendants to be famous, rich, compassionate and helpful.

As an arrogant child, I've been atheist since my 8th age but then I realized there's no point in living if there's no god and afterlife... I started to believe in a god. I do not want to fall into void and darkness but I also don't want to get bored throughout the whole eternity. I really hope there exists a god.
Also I'm not quite sure if it's true but in some cases I've been praying and stuff worked pretty right as I wanted. I ain't saying that I support clergy/church (sry had to translated that word) but I definetly started believing again in god, whatever/whoever our god is, I want to live with my pets, friends and family.
