1. Get ready for defence with about 50k mens and some ms-1 (cz) and loltraktors vs 1mln+ Red Army
2. Surrender
3.Do nothing

And what you we did? If you think number 2 you are wrong we did nothing. Half of our govermnet run to Germnay or America, others that stayed becomed tool to integrate LT into USSRS and then they got free one ay ticked to Siberia, lucky one got one bullet (unlucky ones,umm well you know..).

I suppose you can say they are an endangered specie. For some reason everybody in the arab world hates them (Not because of Israel, it's been that way since Muhammed still lived in his tribe), so they kind of need a safe place. It's really just to stop the genocide of jews that has occured since the very dawn of Judaism.

And then we have sad history holocaust that was caused by one madman know as Adolf Hitler, you only saw jews as causers of all that crysis in Germay after WW1 ( NOT F POLITICS AND GERMAN NATION F HONOR).

And yes Jugoslavia- do i need to say anything about this decission more than it was a totally dissaster.

I like the direction this thread is going. I'm sitting here, eating brownies, and watching intelligent discussion unfold before me. In regards to members of Judaism (the word "Jew" has a negative connotation in my opinion), I've met a few really nice ones and a few assholes. It's the same for any group/organization. Look at Christianity: we have excellent people like Pope John Paul II and Mother Teresa, but then we have radicals like the Westboro Baptist Church and the Montana Freemen.

And for Islam: I have a lot of Islamic friends and they're all excellent people, probably better than most Christians, but they just have this stigma of "Jihad" or "suicide bomber" and I really feel awful about the negative attention that they get.

If you look closely at other religions/nations/organizations, everyone has radical idiots, so don't immediately judge a group based on the actions of an unrelated, individual splinter group.

 

Yeah, I know how you feel. The same happened with the early Medieval period. The historians in the Rennaissance wanted to really show how they "improved" from those "uncivilized" times, and called them the Dark Ages. Apparently all that happened was mass murder and war, while in reality books were being protected and written, universities were opening in the monasteries, and basic "modern" law and chivalry were formed. But nope, the name stuck...

 

Yet in the 21st century, people still pick on gay people?

Firstly; love your signature. Portal 2 is fantastic. Secondly, I support gay marriage but I guess some people find the idea too repulsive, or something. My grandparents (whom I live with) are great Christians AND they're okay with gay marriage, so I don't think religion is to blame.

 

It will be in the 22th, 23th and so on. Humans doesnt change no matter what. Like 20th century you would say it was a modern one thought 2 world wars, a lot of ideology and religions mascares and so on. Well we must be happy that we didnt destroyed ourselves in Cold War era... I have lost all my hopes in humanity..
