    Since not much has been said, and this thread is still highlighted, I would like to hear more people's opinions...

    How many AC fans do we have here?

    Do you guys like the idea of being a pirate etc?

    And what do you think about all those new features added to the game series?

    @keegan

    I loved AC2 as well. And personally disliked brotherhood and revelations after finishing both, they were quite boring and not much was new. AC3 though was really amazing, with almost everything being new and not the same thing as in the previews games. The story was fascinating and I could not be arsed with side missions, Mainly addicted to main missions. I think AC3 was a total success. But all that of course in my opinion.

    Lmao. I totally agree with that, Connor was quite stupid. And nothing like a fascinating person. He was more like sleeping most of the times, and sometimes being angry.

    my ranking, personally, of the AC games goes as follows:

    AC: Revelations - just loved Constantinopolis, the story, everything, and the zip-lines!

    AC: Brotherhood - again, loved Rome, the amount of things to do, combat system, etc.

    AC III - loved it because of the weather cycles and the hunting, combat system, and things to do. hated the notoriety system (imho the one in Brotherhood was the best), the fact that view points didn't cover all the ground, and Connor had the personality of a brick wall. missed the banks and shops from the other games (with the variety of swords) and the possibility of recruiting normal ppl to be asssasins, not just the fix six they give you. and also that they completely dismissed the 'rituals' when a recruit became an assassin, I know it was already missing from revelations, but somehow it did not matter much in that game. and III was full of bugs!

    AC II - the only reason why this one is so down on my list is because of the having to travel back and forth to the Villa to get your money, it got tiresome. otherwise loved all about it.

    AC I - last just because of the lack of things to do, and sometimes the combat system was a nightmare. otherwise, groundbraking game.

    now, about Black Flag, I got my doubts about it, I think Ubi has lost it. I'll get it, 'cause I like pirates, but we'll have to wait and see.

    HATED AC3, but man did I love the naval gameplay. AC4 is EXACTLY what I was wanting for the next game, Caribbean Pirates! XD

    Best in the series for me is still AC2 and Brotherhood.
