    Can't remember who, but in the satanist station someone got shot with an ak kinda at point blank and it didn't penetrate the kevlar.
    at such range kevlar wouldn't do shit.

    it's been like
    one two three fou- Twenty years or so since the nukies.
    That stuff might be falling apart by now, the weapons, left unmaintained, would cost a fortune to repair. Those electronic sightamabobbers wouldn't even be working anymore.
