    Well it just one of those things that appear to be impossible because it hardly ever heard of...Anyway, are youz ready?!


    I WON AN ORIGINAL COPY OF THE GAME....
    WASTELAND!!!
    The link that I put up on here a couple of days ago and Jabba told me to bid on it was the one that I won, unintentionally. About an hour and a half before bidding time was over, my dad told me to get ready so we could go over to visit my grandparents. At that time, I was on the computer and looking at the listing of "Wasteland." I was contemplating whether or not I should bid on it, so I asked my dad to see what he thought. "Sure," he said, "but chances of you winning it are slim." This idea had already settled down in mind before it was said to me. " I would just put in ten, twenty, dollars more that what it is right now, just to screw the people over," my dad said. What he meant by this is was that since the chances of me winning were 1:10000000000000000000000000000, bid higher than what you attend to so that the price of it would go up, and someone else would pay for those extra $ that you added to the final tab (Hopefully you get what I mean by that) So I decided to do so. It was at about $34 when I started bidding, and I just raised it a dollar each time until it got to where it said "you are the highest bidder," which was only two dollars away :p (total of $36.75). My dad told me to raise it to at least $45, since the chances were that it would surpass that. I said, "nah." and left it at 36.75. We went to my grandparents, came back home and to my discovery, NO ONE ELSE BID ON IT FOR THE ENTIRE HOUR THAT I WAS GONE, AND I WON!!! THEY MUST HAVE HAD A BAD CASE OF DIARRHEA OR SOMETHING, BUT WHATEVER IT WAS, IT COST THEM FROM WINNING WASTELAND.

    I guess this can be viewed as a good example of good/bad karma type of thing since I tried to screw people over by raising the price on the item, but got stuck paying for it at the end... but it didn't affect me negatively in anyway, so... I guess I gained from my own evilnessness :D!

    I'm sure I would like the game, only problem is that the copy I got is for the commodore 64, really really old computer, so I can't play it. Thankfully there are places where I can download it from :D

    No, unless I really really need the money. It was released in 1987 and ported over to the C64 in 1988. It has been out of print for so many years, it has become a collector's item; and it is (I think) the first post apocalyptic RPG to come out!! Without dis, Fallout might have never existed, or Stalker......EVEN METRO!!!!!!!!!
