    I had forgotten how to swap filters in LL, so I tried ‘G,’ the way to swap filters in Metro 2033, and uh, yeah….. That’s pretty much it.

    That's far worse than when I forgot, after a long while, that Metro2033 had NV goggles. :lol:
    Oh man, how could you not know that you could wipe your mask? Have you not seen any of the trailers?! :laugh:

    :D One thing about NV in gaming: I don't think any game has ever gotton it right. The only way to really see in dark areas in gaming is to have your flashlight+NV on. :laugh:

    Yes, I did see the game play trailer where Artyom wipes his mask, and I thought it was one of the coolest things ever! When I got around to playing it, I went and checked the controls in the options menu and saw that there was no key designated to "wipe gas mask," so I figured that it was a feature they decided to pull from the game.

    Through two play-troughs I played without wiping Artyom's gas mask. Very annoying playing with splotches of mud and grime on the screen for about a minute until it wore off.
