Went to the law courts today for a field trip and I must say I was pretty impressed. The old building architecture was amazing as was the great library which we where allowed to visit. After the tour we were told to meet back at 3:30, Until then, roam at will. So I got to wander around and attend any case I wanted from bail court to sentencing court to court of appeals to provincial court and all the way up to the court of Queens bench. The cases I attended ranged from aggravated assault, trafficking crack cocaine, fraud and false identities, all the way up to the beautiful court of Queens bench in which the court reached it's verdict, guilty of two counts of manslaughter, 18 years with minimum 9 for parole. Kinda bull rap if you ask me since he strangled one woman to death, beat another one to death with a baseball bat and even killed a third which was a different case. But he got it reduced from 1st degree murder to manslaughter cause he was high on drugs and drunk but whatever. All in all it was a fantastic law trip in which we got to openly speak with judges, lawyers and sheriffs as well as watch people's lives get ruined at a leisurely pace. Win win in my mind.

Okay, so I was walking through the shopping mall today where they've had this booth for two weeks where they sell these "Heat In a Click" things. (Plastic bags with chemical contents that turns warm when you click something in it, and it's unlimitedly reusable). I've walked past that stand about ten times without them trying to get my attention even once, until now.

A beautiful Israelic girl in her twenties stopped me, introduced herself to me and asked for my name. When I said it, she was all "Yeees, that's a beauuuutiful name...!", which is funny because my name is generally boring and sounds geeky  After that little ass-licking, she asked me to take off my jacket, then she put a large warmth-plasticbag on my shoulders/neck and incredibly enough began to gave me a massage. I know it was just persuasive marketing, but dayum, I got a massage from some beautiful Israelic young stranger.

Then she said she'd give me, for free, two extra smaller ones on the buy. She obviously and clearly stated that she was spontaneously deciding to personally give me a gift from her, to me. "It's on me", she even said, like when someone buys you a drink at a bar. And then she added another medium-sized item to the package that I could purchase for 2/3rds prize because I had already purchased the larger one.

She was standing so close to me, and staring into my eyes with her big brown beautiful eyes and constantly smiling and being personal and generally a great person making my day better. I knew it right there and then that it was only persuasive marketing, and nothing more, but I just didn't have the conscience to say no.... So I bought it all

I must say, though, they are very comfortable. And they'll last untill.... well, they're designed to never stop working. I ended up using 600 Nok that day. That's 72 euro

According to poster put up in LL, Metro 2035 the book is suppose to be in stores by December of this year. Lets see if the advertisment lives up to its promise, and if M2034 comes out in an English translation.

I don't think the English version of the Metro 2035 book comes out until some months later, in 2014, unfortunately :c

I've never been as fond of a forum as I am with this. We've had good moments with inexpendable, excessive and epic roleplay. And the discussions, like about Syria and about Religion. I'm glad to have been part of this forum and hope I can continue being a while longer. This forum is so mature, it's like High School compared with Facebook being kindergarden.

This is my first and only forseable forum (unless another metro game is announced) in my future.

And Skaara is right, we have had some amazing roleplay and discussion within these virtual walls. I'll always remember the big roleplay gods like Streff, Boris, Bamul, Odessa, Spitfire and you Skaara. The days I'd come home from a shit day at school and crawl into my bed with my IPad (like I am now) and spend the whole damned night thinking about how I can put a twist or deep thought into the RP.
