    Got a new graphics card today. I couldn't even finish the first (boring) intro-mission without getting annoyed because of... well, everything. And then I find out that the Deluxe edition apparently doesn't have the Mafia model after all. No pretending to be mafia for me :(

    Nice. What card? Also, the Mafia Model was recently revealed exclusively as a piece of the Season Pass (might also be a standalone dlc too).

    Oh, nice! I was lucky enough that when I was with some friends, one of them had actually bought a package with a Nvidia GeForce 660 and Watch Dogs for 1500 Nok, but he couldn't run that graphics card together with his previous one, so he sold me the new one for 1200 Nok. Theoretically, he got Watch Dogs for just 300 Nok when it's worth 560 Nok. I don't think the 660 is the best that I could have gotten for my PC (Even though my PC can't run the best cards), but I'm still pleased with it because I think it's actually worth a lot more than what I payed for it, and it's definitely good enough. Watch Dogs almost doesn't lag at all.

    Nice. Set AA to SMAA (or Temporal SMAA, not sure about the extra framerate hit) and probably medium preset, since my 660 ti had a few occasional stutters running things at high with SLI disabled. This is at 1080p, though; if your monitor runs at a lower resolution, I'm sure you could probably bump things up to high with no issues.

    I was at a medieval-fair in Norway's oldest city, which is where I live. It's on a small mountain with an old tower on top, with some ruins of a church and some other building. The festival is present every year. This is my second time being there. The first time was two years ago, and I actually attended a real wedding where two people got married in medieval-clothing in the ruins of the medieval church, and the whole seremony was done in a medieval fashion that I can't really remember.

    This year it was fun with some jokers, dancers, singers, arrow-shooting contests, firing old huge cannons. That was impressive, the boom was so loud it rumbled in my chest and there was smoke everywhere from just one shot. There were also booths selling medieval-themed jewelries, swords, knives, clothes, instruments and food/snacks. In the evening, most of us gathered in a huge medieval tent with some stage-entertainment and a lot of mead! Most drank the mead out of animal-horns, pretty cool :) Of course you didn't have to wear medieval clothes to be there, but most people did anyway. Unfortunately the festival caught me by surprise and I didn't have anything medieval to wear. Within next year, though, I'll have something cool put together. Maybe I'll also bring a camera next time.

    Sounds awesome!

    The only thing we do around here in Transcona is the yearly 'Hi-neighbor' festival every first weekend of June which is basically a shitty carnival that blocks our most busy intersection. Its full of drugs, crooks and general mischief and generally sucks. And to make it even worse this year not only did I catch strep throat but some goon broke into our house and stole our TV after fucking up his entrance at a couple different windows.
