    I do but I haven't in a while.

This new meta and these new items are rather confusing but still fun to watch!

    Occasionally, yes.

I watch whenever my favorite teams play.

I really don't have a favorite team. But sometimes I enjoy watching the competitive plays to improve my play style. It also amazes me how the team picks and counters champions. The best part would definitely be the synergy of the champions and how they move around the map to win clashes all in all.

I watch top end tournaments to get an idea of how they play/buy but I morph it to fit my own playstyle and I go play my own games. I'll never be pro, no matter how hard I try so I intend to have as much fun - watching, experiencing, breathing the game.

I'd rather watch casual players enjoying these games instead of watching stiff people competing for an actual prize. There's a huge difference how enjoyable each one is to watch.

True, but I'd rather eye the professionals. And get ideas for META so I can try them out myself and adapt them to casual play style for fun with a group of friends. I agree the enjoyment changes; I can't watch casual play --- I'd rather be playing casually. I'd rather enjoy high ranking people who make a salary playing it.

I only play LoL, I don't like to watch others play the game. I find it's a waste of time, and some even ask money to watch the stream, which is totally horrendous. I understand that some make their living with games, and they don't currently have anything else at their disposal, but we mustn't abuse people by asking money, really.
Though I've got to say that if LCS or some Korean Championship pops up, I do watch those, but nothing else.

I like watching the LCS, it is a great way to waste my evening. I have been watching it since season 2, not every match, but quite a huge amount of them. Currently, I watch NA more the EU, even though I'm from the EU. I like the NA teams more, but I believe EU is way stronger (please don't kill me NA). Also, SKT T1 is my favorite korean team, I'm a Midlaner by heart, and a Faker fanboy.

Watching competitive League of Legends games, is a great way to pick up on some tricks and tips. Especially for solo carrying potential. However you also have to remember that just because it works in the LCS, it may not always work in your solo que ranked games ;P. You have to consider it is a diamond/challenger and above player who is performing the role and champion, to their absolute maximum potential. As well as many things that work in professional games will not work in silver/gold/plat games simply because it is niche. It functions and thrives in a very specific environment and relies heavily on other attributes and mechanics being brought to the table my the other players playing specific champions. Sort of like this... Your're watching the LCS and someone brings Shyvana out and you see her literally WRECK the opposing team. Many people sit back and think, "Omg shyvana top is soooo broke" So you copy the runes and masteries used and head on into ranked solo que. And you lose terrible, no ability to stick on the opposing team, no way to engage except ult in and die walking in circles, as you are CCd to death. To begin to think the champ sucks. And yes, in many ways Shyvana can be very underwhelming. I used to believe she was literally the worst champion in the game and I couldn't figure out why any professional player was giving the champion any time of the day whatsoever. Then I watch and realize, Shyvana coupled with Lulu and Orianna and now all the sudden, you have an already fast champion who is quite tanky, but lacks the ability to really stick on an enemy unless being forces to build a frozen mallet. Well... NOW Shyvana is an unstoppable wrecking ball with double speed increases, built in slows coupled onto her from other friendly champions, increases armor and magic resist, increased health and slows and Orianna can use her ult from Shyvana ulting in and placing herself in the middle of the enemy team for maximum destruction... BOOM.... lol completely game changing.

Lol sorry for the wall of text. I just literally love League of Legends and the extreme amount of diversity it brings :).

I do from time to time and the PRO scene of LoL is really cool. I like to watch LCS and also the korean league. Pretty pumped up for Worlds this year!
