Do you play it with your friends?

Yeah, I always play it with my friends (most of them play Minecraft though). It's a lot more fun this way, and usually we'd keep a Skype conference open for hours and just play.

 

Depends on what you mean by friends? From your starting post, I would assume you mean people you know IRL. I don't much care if I know you or not, I'm willing to hang out and play with practically anyone online. That having been said, I prefer tighter small communities and I don't find Minecraft any kind of fun without playing with SOME sort of person. Because of that single player mode is my testing mode only and I'm always on a multiplayer server when I play. I play with 1-2 people I know IRL and the rest I've all met on my favorite server. I find it difficult to venture out of that server because I like the people in it better than most everyone else I've met on other server.

 

Sometimes I play with my friends, but recently I play minecraft alone. My friends are busy with their lives.

 

Yeah I love playing minecraft with friends. The communication aspect makes the game much more fun for everyone. Plus in factions, it's really fun to fight a group of people with all your friends.

 

It is certainly more fun to play with friends but I mostly play with my daughter which is even funnier! We build things together as a team.

 

I used to play on a server hosted by one of my friends, I also played on a few public servers, but the private server with friends was my main one.

 

Obviously! It was the only reason that kept me playing for as long as it did, I find playing alone very boring and if I were to have to do it I would die of boredom and stop playing it right away!

 

I never play alone. Minecraft has always been a social game to me. Playing without friends just gets boring too fast, so it is not worth playing at all that way. Building with friends is always so much easier as well.

 

I got into Minecraft by playing with friends on the Pocket Edition. I still do sometimes, but after playing the PC version, the Pocket Edition felt really bland. I sometimes play with my friends but not that much as they generally moved on to other games. I usually play with strangers now, but playing with friends are a lot more fun as you get to share the best moments with someone you know.

 

I enjoy Minecraft more when I play with my friends. Not only friends. I love playing with other people, visiting their houses, playing games togheter and all that fun stuff.
Singleplayer gets boring after some time, servers are the most fun thing about this game!

 

I always used to play with my friends on a private server in co-op and just plan and build our projects cooperatively but also goigng solo is fun because its very calming just thinking about what you want to build, gathering resources, farming, exploring etc.

 

Absolutely. I'm long past the stage of playing singleplayer. I'm almost always on a server now and it's usually with friends on modpacks such as Voltz or just on servers like Hunger Games or Multicube. I honestly think that if I didn't have any friends who played Minecraft, I would have given up on the game a long time ago.
