Do you play Minecraft on PC or Consoles?

I woudn't! I would probably get bored of Pocket Edition after half an hour of playing.. And the worlds! Why are they so small! I can't possibly build anything in something that small.

 

I play Minecraft on PC since I don't have consoles. I tried to play pocket edition and I didn't like it, I prefer on PC.

 

I play on both, but I actually prefer the consoles. You don't have the mods and latest features, but I prefer the controller controls for Minecraft on an actual console. I played on the Xbox 360 and then switched to the One when it came out.

 

I only play on PC, because playing Minecraft on consoles is like playing an outdated version of Minecraft, same for Pocket Edition. On PC version you can install mods!

 

I play the pocket edition mostly but prefer the PC really. I have not try on any other console or so and not sure I will. I'm pretty happy with what I've got.

 

I think overall the PC version is better. Of course it's hard to tell the difference because the game is so simple that you can't really compare and contrast them that much but I think the PC version is far superior than it's console counterparts.

 

I don't really understand how people can play minecraft on consoles. It just really doesn't seem like the type of game that you can play with that type of controller, and the multiplayer aspect of the game is kind of dead when you can't type anything into chat (and the servers can't really have proper management without any commands).

 

The pocket version is okay, though. I could argue that the controls are even worse than they are on consoles, but it is just running on a phone, and I think they've done really well to be able to make everything work properly there. Obviously chat could be implemented in the app, because phones usually have a method to type things, but I'm not sure anyone would use it if there was a chat in the game.

 

I think the majority of people play minecraft on PC because its just the most handy for such a game mechanic of building, changing building blocks, movement is more immersive on the PC and so on... Its just my opinion but that how I feel about it.

 

PC is much better due to the controls being way easier to use. Console doesn't have a much support as the PC version and is much more limited as your server and world can't be unlimited

 

I love the PC version. I also love the PC as a gaming platform itself so I don't think I would want another version of minecraft anytime.

 

PC. Minecraft on consoles certainly does not have as many features as the PC version has (though updates are steadily coming). Also, I feel like using a mouse and keyboard to create things on Minecraft is significantly easier than using a controller to choose and move blocks. Using a mouse is also more accurate to me. PC also has a larger community and the ability to install mods.

 

PC like it was meant to be played!

 

I prefer the PC version, mostly because it just seems to me that games like Minecraft and Terraria are just not fit for a console. It makes it so much harder to control than just clicking and using the keyboard. The Xbox controller would probably have more controls than the PC version, you would have to press a bunch of buttons at once to just hit a mob. I know this because I played the demo version on the Xbox for a while, and it would be really hard to go up to a creeper, attack and then run away before it explodes.

 

PC over consoles any day. Especially since the PC version has more updates and has a lot more features than the console version.
Also, it is much easier to play Minecraft with a mouse and a keyboard than a xbox/playstation controller. In my opinion, Minecraft was meant to be played on PC.

Моds fоr thе РС vеrsіоn аrе аvаіlаblе іn drоvеs but саn еаsіlу brеаk whеn thеrе's аn uрdаtе.

Unlіkе thе 360 vеrsіоn, сrаftіng оn thе РС vеrsіоn rеquіrеs knоwіng whеrе tо рlасе mаtеrіаls оn а 3х3 (оr іnіtіаllу 2х2) grіd whеrеаs thе 360 vеrsіоn оnlу rеquіrеs уоu tо hаvе еnоugh mаtеrіаls fоr а rесіре.

Ѕtіll, thе bеst thіng уоu соuld dо іs gеt thе frее vеrsіоn frоm Мојаng аnd tооl аrоund wіth іt. Yоur undеrstаndіng оf Міnесrаft fоr РС wіll trаnslаtе wеll іntо Міnесrаft fоr 360 (аnd, fоr thе mоst раrt, vісе vеrsа аs wеll).

 

PC. I can't imagine how awkward it must be to play it on a console. I know the buttons all do a job but I imagine it to be a lot more fiddly to put down a block and select items.

 

PC for me! I have never tried it on the console, which is something that I would love to do. I feel that it would be a weird experience on the console, as the controls are radically different. It would be cool, just very different.

 

PC is the only way, my friends. Where it originally came from, has all the mods, the massive servers, everything that the consoles don't have. You're missing out if you're playing on any other platform.

 

Yeah exactly, you move better, and plus you have mods which are not easily installable on other platforms, its not that easy to access your inventory and place blocks exactly where and how you want them on other platforms, for me at least but I may be biased because I am a pc guy.
