Do you prefer single-player or multi-player?

Single-player. I just like to collect materials and build stuff. As far as I know in multiplayer people can rob you and whatnot, so I prefer not to risk it.

I tend to prefer single player really. I love building stuff from my imagination which would otherwise be impossible! I do love a bit of multiplayer though!

Multiplayer is a lot of fun. When you are playing skywars with others people even your friends it is the most fun friend hurting game ever.

Single player. I find it very relaxing to play while watching netflix. It doesn't take a huge amount of concentration and I can pause the game at any time with no effect. I get some real work done offline by myself and its generally a pretty fun time.

It has always been multiplayer for me. I don't find much joy in playing singleplayer. Why would I even bother building something nice when nobody is going to be able to see it?
Since PvPing is my favorite activity in Minecraft, I normally look for servers with more than 20 players, but less than 50. If it's overcrowded I don't find that much fun in exploring and looking for people to raid. I normally play on factions servers where you have a faction, allies and enemies. Even though I like killing and raiding, I do not encourage backstabbing someone. I've always found joining a player's faction just to get to his resources mean and low.

Most of the time I play single player. I used to have a big world that I made with my ex boyfriend and a friend of mine. But that's the problem with such things, it was my ex's world so I never got to go back to it and finish my creations.

I like to play multiplayer, though. I like to talk to other players while I'm building, I feel that it just populates the world a lot more and I enjoy exploring a lot more because then I can go and see other player's creations.

I love playing multiplayer, since I can get a lot of help and fun from my friends, while being able to share the most interesting structures.

I prefer multiplayer, because you can socialize with other people or build house with them. But the only thing that I don't like is the griefers and hackers.
Single-player is also the best way to play, because you don't get distubed by other players, or if your internet accidently stops working.

I definitely prefer multiplayer over single player because that is where I can make new friends and play with people who think like me and who are looking for a companion. I believe multiplayer has those extra features that makes the game so unique. To build and grow with other people. That is what Minecraft is essentially is.

Definitely multiplayer! I could not see myself playing this in single player. Half the fun of this game is playing with friends and showing off your creations!

I personally prefer to play single player myself. I'm not really in it for the fighting and surviving. I play to build, and that's what I enjoy the most. So I'd much rather play just with myself, or maybe with a couple of friends I trust to not mess stuff up.

I prefer multi-player on a closed server with a friend or two, without others to harass us or steal or damage buildings.

I personally prefer multiplayer games over single player games most of the time. There is nothing like spending some quality gaming to time with good friends and family. I do however enjoy a quite evening of single player gaming.

Singleplayer is fun and all but a server with friends is a lot better. You can accomplish so much with everyone coordinating to build and mine resources.

Public servers can be fun but griefers always find a way. I'd say I prefer multiplayer but only with friends. It's also cool to see what everyone else is building. It helps my own building skills to see other's creativity.

I prefer playing single player because sometimes I don't wanna deal with people ad just want to build. However, if my friends wanna play, I get on a server with them and build.

Minecraft is made for the multiplayer. I have finished the entire campaign with my friends. Playing the singleplyer could have been boring, if I was to try it.

I play some sort of mix of both. I have two computers, and I keep one as a server so I installed bukkit on it! :D I play by myself most of the time, but when I have my cousins over we get into a game and they help me farm and stuff.

I play multiplayer 90% of the time. I find singleplayer quite boring, and I only use it to test out creations and mods. Multiplayer introduces a whole new social environment, and plugins like currency and shops make servers more entertaining. Also, minigames like Hunger Games and The Walls are impossible to play with only yourself. I spend a lot of my singleplayer time on minecraft when I don't have an internet connection.

For me, it actually depends. Sometimes I like single-player, and sometimes I like multi-player. When I am all alone and I have nothing to do, I like playing single-player because it feels somewhat adventurous, and I feel more creative and free than I would on a server. I also know that I can play the world anywhere, whether I've gone camping, whether I don't have internet, whether I'm in a car, etc., so I like it better. I only really like multi-player when I am with, or when I am talking to a friend, and want to play with him against each other or against other people.
