Do you prefer single-player or multi-player?

I prefer multiplayer when I'm playing with friends. Half the fun for me of online gaming is getting to have a good time doing different things with friends. Other than that though, I prefer to single player through most game modes. I like having the time to build and farm on my own without being disrupted by someone I don't know

That's the thing with me... I don't have friends who game a lot. They certainly don't play minecraft. I've been playing it for a while online with random people, but that's not that much fun...

On one hand I like playing with friends, but on the other hand I can be picky. I usually prefer singleplayer Minecraft. For open servers I just don't trust the server owners or the other players enough. I like having full freedom of the world to shape it how I want and I KNOW when I come back, everything will be as I expect it to be.

I prefer multi-player when I want to interact with others and grief for fun. When I want to build stuff, I tend to build as single-player.

I've played single-player and i didn't like it. It made me lonely. The soundtrack doesn't help either. The vastness of the world, the song playing in the background, the monsters at night, the fact that wherever you go you will not meet another living soul, well you might as well be dead. I mean, what's the point? Obviously Multiplayer is way more fun and i prefer it all the way!

Single player isn't that great I find. I get bored far too easily. Meanwhile with Multiplayer, there's all the people that are on the server I run to play with, and build things with. I still find it somewhat boring, but it's a way to connect with the kids.

I find that Minecraft is really fun, whether it's played independently or with others. I sort of juggle between the both, but mostly siding towards the multilayer side. Playing Minecraft alone can be fun at times, but it eventually gets boring. I find that playing on a server with other people makes the game much more fun because it unlocks so many more possibilities. The thing that makes it so great is that there are maps that can be downloaded, which can be quite fun because of how competitive it can be. Personally, I really like PVP servers. My typical strategy is to rack up some diamonds, enchant them, then start hunting.

I prefer single Player, I only really use multi-player when I want to build something and I need help.

I'd take multiplayer any day. I find building stuff and killing animals to be just as rewarding on my own.

If i do it alone that's twice as many things for me to kill haha.

Multiplayer. i get lonely :( Lol but seriously, Multiplayer is a lot more fun because you get to fool around with friends and build things faster and share laughs and such. My friends make Minecraft tons of fun for me personally.

I personally prefer multiplayer. Multiplayer in Minecraft allows me to interact with friends, and offers more in depth game modes.

This question is a little subjective for me. Generally, I like spend more time on multiplayer as it is where I can play with my friends, because it does get boring playing alone after a while. Multiplayer also has a greater variety of games, but I like singleplayer because I am like the admin of my locally hosted game, doing whatever I wanted, from spawning thousands of pigs to building an epic castle with complex redstone mechanics.

    Whitelisted and well-moderated multiplayer.
Because in single player, I get bored and lonely, plus nobody sees anything I build.

I don't know why, but I also build better in multiplayer....the last time I shown anyone something I made in single player they didn't like it, but they enjoy anything I make in multiplayer...

In my opinion if you are playing survivial, multiplayer is way more fun, as you can compete for resources or try to cooperate with your teammates. In creative mode, single player is more fun, as you have the solitude to build whatever you want.

I like multi-player better. I guess It's because I'm a social person and i just like all of the plugins that the server might have.

I prefer multiplayer. I like to play with people and play with my friends. Fooling around and building together. It's fun to play with friends. But sometimes, I play single player mode to build my own town and do some stuff with mods.

It depends, single player is really nice also but I prefer multiplayer. I was always a fan of multiplayer games, I think it's nice to interact with others in-game, and play with your friends.

I used to play mutiplayer most of the time, but I got kind of bored and now I just play single player every now and then. It's fun if you get used to it, I usually do that if none of my friends are online.

Multiplayer is always the way to go for me. The single player game was pretty good at the time but now since I've been playing Minecraft pretty much all the time it gets ind of boring.
