Do you think they should add more aquatic mobs?

Oh that's a neat idea, but I guess they would have to add more to the underwater scenery in general, not just mobs. I could see myself exploring underwater villages and dungeons (if you could craft something like a breathing mask).

 

That would be a cool idea to add more aquatic mobs, but why stop there? Lets add other kinds of mobs! Aquatic, Lava, Ghost, and many others kinds of mobs. That would be the best way to do survival mode, even better online survival.

 

We need more aquatic mobs, indeed. If we can catch fish from the water, why can't we see them? It would also be great if they add sharks, so it can be challenging when swimming in the water. Also adding dolphins isn't a bad idea.

 

I'd like to see it. In its current state, the game feels much more alive on the ground than it does in the water. I'd love to see some more species in the water or more stuff to explore down there. Although first I'd just like an improvement to boats... or at least fix the current ones so its not broken boat central every five minutes I spend in the water.

 

I think more wouldn't hurt.

How about some sharks or whales? maybe a rare gigantic squid that's a different color? Maybe startfish that cling to the bottom of the sea floor would work too.

 

Aquatic mobs are one of the big things that Minecraft is missing as far as I'm concerned.

 

Ships that are block structures that can move on the water and sharks and giant squids would make an awesome pirate-esque game when on the water. I would love that.

 

I really think they should do that. I feel like the game is losing its charm, but I reckon adding this will make the game more unpredictable and it would raise the stakes for survival. I really like the idea of sharks. They should be careful how many they add though, because if they make travelling across water impossibly hard it would make the game less enticing and probably more boring as we cannot do anything. Adding the occasional shark will create a fear of shark attack and the idea that there is no safe place. This will create more strategy and teamwork between players, and travelling across water will no longer be simply an easy way out.

 

It depends on whether or not they can make decent AI for them..

 

Omg that would be epic! I would love to see that. Have huge temples and free roaming horrors around the plains and mountains of madness. I would play the crap out of a Mod like that. Someone needs to make this now!

 

I would love to see mountable dolphins, they would make travelling water so much more fun! They should also add hostile squids as well so you can have a funny surprise.

 

This is a pretty good idea actually, it would make the game so much fun! Maybe also like an aquatic creature that fights for you, like some kind of sea wolf!

 

Sharks would be really cool, though I think that something that you could ride would be awesome, like a dolphin or a whale. Whales could be really big, that way they could add large oceans that you could cross with some kind of faster boat or something. Maybe even have a loch ness monster boss.

 

I would like to see dolphins or maybe *actual* fish swimming around in the water, even if you can't do anything with them, it would be nice to see something else besides just squid.
