Do you troll often?

I don't get angry when people troll, it's just a mild inconvenience. It just means that I'll have to wait X minutes to surrender and move on with my life. Trolling right back is, in my opinion, just what they want. If they successfully dragged someone who is otherwise a fair player down to their level, then I'd assume that they succeeded in whatever they were trying to accomplish. If they're trying to pull me into that shit, I'm not playing it; I don't negotiate with terrorists.

 

Trolling is for the meanest people on the planet, and I'm a pretty mean person.

 

Sometimes, I mean saying stupid stuff to make other people confused or make them laugh is always what gaming is all about. Life is way too short to be mad all the time, plus trolling is a method to weed people out that can't take a joke. And I can't play with people that don't have an awesome sense of humor.

 

There is sometimes in Ranked people piss me off so much I wish I could, but I just care about my gains too much. I've never actually just gone into a game and power fed the other team, whats the fun in that?

Honestly though, it's very rare that even though I will troll, it does happen. It's just some people deserve it so much, like asshats on a platter. I won't meekly sit by and let them ruin the experience. I didn't load into a game that will take 40 minutes of my life to play with some random scrub who builds AD and flops on a support. Or who jungles and fails to gank. Some people just need to be called out. Or sent to watch professional play. Or SOMETHING. Just anything. Not silence. Not muting. Not ignoring. No fun there.

 

Yes, too often for my (and my teammates) taste, I just can't help it.

If I'm forced to go bot, if i see a bad teamcomp, if i see someone picking a champion they have bad winrate with, if anything like this happens it's likely I'm going to get mad and tilt. I hate it more than bad players, because you can climb elo by beeing smart by using statistics for example.

 

Back when I used to take this game seriously (that was in approximately 2013), I used to troll often until I got a harsh 1-month ban from Riot. Yes, at the time, they still deployed these kind of harsh ban, it's not news. From there on, I took things less seriously and I was quite surprised to see all the game depended on my mood indeed!

 

I never do it. I feel that it's very rude to join a lobby just to ruin it for all the other players. You're ruining the game for your team mates because they're a man down. On top of this, the other side gets to just steamroll and has no challenge whatsoever.

 

Definitely not. The game is to have fun, why would I spend my precious free time doing something as pointless as trying to evoke reactions out of random people.

 

And, the only "True" form of Trolling I do is Ultimate Bravery runs when nobody else knows.

 

I try so hard not to troll my teammates but sometimes it is a real struggle. Especially, when there is someone instalocking and arrogantly mocking other people in chat for it. Those people are the worst and they usually are the ones who grind my gears the most.
I have used the Tribunal before and I know that it is not only me out there but Riot's community is really kept a steady downhill slope if we look at toxicity. Everything reminds me of my good old days playing DoTA.

 

It's hard to not be toxic to a team of people who are being toxic to you, being the random in their premade or little group of friends. They judge you, they are toxic, and generally the enemy team is nicer. So I won't let those people get the best of me. If I'm going to do well, I either do seriously well and shut them up, or troll them and feed the enemy team because they're being asshats to me. There's no reason to be rude to someone you've never met, right off the top.

 

People who intentionally troll should just find another game to play... Maybe one where they don't ruin the fun for everyone because of their actions.

 

If I'm playing with 4 other friends, then we troll sometimes. But we try to troll and play decent, like trying out ridiculous builds, or doing some creative plays. We don't troll in the sense that we try to lose, and certainly not when we are playing with another stranger...

 

I sometimes troll with my friends, just for fun. However, when playing by myself, I never troll, and focus more on winning the game.

 

If you call playing odd champions that aren't considered meta, trolling then yes. My friends and I love playing odd champions or odd team comps. My favorite is going Pantheon Leona bot lane, It's really fun if the enemy bot lane is rather squishy an doesn't have much disengage.

 

Do I troll in Ranked games? Absolutely not.
Do I troll when playing normals with my friends? Yes, all the time. We love to play unmeta picks and just do things that will make the enemy go WTF.

Last time I recall doing that I was playing Teemo jungle and I skipped my jungle path and went straight to the enemy jungler's first buff and waited there. As Gragas came and started to take his first buff I time d my smite to kill it and then got out of stealth to finish Graggy off for the first blood. Of course I tried my best to win the game after that but the whole point of "trolling" for me is to have a good time.

 

I tend to only troll with my friends to be honest. It's a laugh. I don't see the point in trolling others. It gets beyond a joke.

 

I do, and I'll tell you exactly why.

I play games to have fun, and sometimes, for me personally, the definition of fun is having a bit of lulz.

Now there's nothing wrong with lulz, but at the same time, sometimes, you have to get it out of your system. That desire to troll someone so hard, so completely, that the troll'd rage the game and not play it again for several days at least.

This is why I troll - not all the time! - but sometimes.

I troll for the lulz, and I'm proud of it.

 

League is a competitive game and the main objective in each game is to win. I just can't understand why someone would want to ruin that chance, not only for themselves but for 4 other people. I don't troll personally unless you call running into the nexus while the game is being won trolling. I don't consider it sine I am in no way reducing my team's chances of winning.
