Achievement Hunter's LPs are amusing to me because they play the game and do random stuff, but they know they aren't experts at Minecraft and they spend the entire time talking about other things. I find it boring watching others play a game when that's all they're focused on, but the AH guys focus on other things.

I watch mainly JerichoAFK's channel. He uploads a series he and others are making called Mianite and it is amazing (sometimes boring) but other times amazing.
