Fus! I mean Unrelenting Force is my favorite. I know it's pretty basic and actually useless against dragons but my God I've never had more fun shouting at bandits and seeing them fly off a cliff.

Fus Ro Dah just because of the name and the meaning. This shout gets me hyped.

I LOVE the fire breath one(can't recall name dragonbreath?) nothing is more fun to me than lighting 12 enemies on fire XD

I can't remember the name of the shout but other Dragonrend, the one that can freeze your enemies solid is my favorite. Whenever I encounter a wild bear or a sabre cat, I just freeze them and run away.

I second this! The first time I ever used Become Ethereal was when I was in the College of Winterhold, and had to keep going North. Since I was both up high and feeling lazy, I opted to try out the shout. I was really surprised and excited when it worked. It was also really fun to answer the call of the void, and come out unscathed.

    FUS-RO-DAH!!!!!
secificly when they are near a cliff, ledge, or any other area where they will go flying off like a new born chick leaving the nest only to tragically crash onto the hard floor thats awaiting.
Storm call is also pretty handy when heavily outnumbered as well as when fighting dragons.

My favorite shout goes like this: "Bah-weep-Graaaaagnah wheep ni ni bong!"

    ^_~

In other words, the only time I had ever used a shout besides for a quest, is never. I find the use of shouts somewhat bulky and rare had a scenario where it was useful.

ODAHVIING! Summoning a dragon to annihilate everything is pretty fun in my opinion.

You can call me old fashioned, but I have a thing for classics. I am going to have to go with "FUS RO DAH!", its power and intensity is unmatched in Skyrim. It makes me feel like a true god among men when I make my mighty roar, and take down anything in my path.

My favourite shout is Whirl Wind Sprint, its so versatile you can use it for escaping, for fighting from a more advantageous position, or getting to a hard to reach area with awesome loot or some thing, it just has alot of Utility...

Aura Whisper was helpful when I needed it. Made easier for some sneak attacks and to mess around with. Everything that has life lights up and is easy to spot from where ever you are. Laas Yah Nir.

Ice Form is always fun as well to freeze your opponent and just attack them like crazy with melee or get magic ready. Liz Slen Nus!

  14. The best shout in my opinion is Unrelenting Force because it's not only useful in a battle but fun to use to just blast things off of cliffs and edges. In one of the final missions for the main storyline where you are in Skulldafn and have to fight 4 draugr scourges, I got them all in a group, lured them to the edge of the cliff and unleashed an unrelenting force on them sending them to their death and saving me about 10 health potions that I needed later on. It was a good feeling :)

I would have said Dragonard, but I don't use it as I use bows to fight dragons most of the time. This shut makes things a bit too easy for me.

There is a shout that enables to move from one place to another pretty quickly. I don't quite remember the name though.

I use Whirlwind Spring very frequently when roaming Skyrim. It makes going around much easier.
And I agree with you with the Dragonrend shout. It helps with fighting dragons if you're playing a melee character.

  17. FUS RO DAHHHH all the way mates. Whirlwind Sprint has been very useful for me though for battle and for travelling faster.

Unrelenting Force or Whirlwind Sprint. The latter took a bit of getting used to, but once I got the hang of it, it really helped to get out of a lot of jams.

The first time I ventured into the game, I really thought that the Unrelenting Force would be my favorite, solely due to the fact that it was in the trailer. I found myself using Fire Breath much more than that, though. I think that Unrelenting Force isn't really that special, as it doesn't help me too much in fights.

I think I have to go with Unrelenting Force, even though it's kind of overdone and cliche towards the game. It's just a really impressive shout and I feel an attachment towards it. I also like having the one where you bring back a hero from Sovngarde...is it Call of Valor?
